Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無機物質および無機強化繊維からなる断熱成形体において、以下の組成: a)膨張したバーミキュライト30〜70重量%、 b)無機結合剤15〜40重量%、 c)赤外線不透明剤0〜20重量%、 d)微孔質物質15〜50重量%、 e)強化繊維の重量に対してB2O3最高で2重量%およびアルカリ金属酸化物 最高で2重量%を含有する強化繊維0.5〜8重量% を有することを特徴とする断熱成形体。 2.強化繊維がシリカ、石英ガラス、Rガラス、S2ガラス、ECRGLASお よびこれらの繊維の任意の混合物からなる繊維を有する群から選択されている請 求項1記載の断熱成形体。 3.無機物質および無機強化繊維からなる断熱成形体の製造方法において、以下 の順序の工程: a)膨張したバーミキュライト30〜70重量部を無機結合剤15〜40重量 部と混合し、流動性の予備混合物を形成し、 b)微孔質の物質15〜50重量部、強化繊維0.5〜8重量部および場合に より赤外線不透明剤20重量部までを、a)により製造した予備混合物に添加し 、その際強化繊維はその固有重量に対してB2 O3最高で2%およびアルカリ金属酸化物最高で2%を含有し、かつ混合した成 分を加えて100重量部になる最終混合物が得られ、 c)最終混合物を圧縮して断熱成形体を形成し、かつ d)1000℃までの温度で成形体を硬化し、乾燥する からなることを特徴とする断熱成形体の製造方法。 4.レンジおよびオーブン用の放射線加熱器中のスペーサー部材としての請求項 1または2記載の断熱成形体の使用。
