Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両(1〜3)の移動の正常な方向に基本的に一致した長手方向(x)に 延在しているフレーム(9)と、車両の速度を低減させるのを可能にするように された手段(7)とを組み込んでいる前記車両(1〜3)用の装置において、垂 直方向に対する、前記長手方向(x)に対し実質的に横切る前記フレーム(9) の傾斜角を示す値を検出するようにされた検出装置(12)と、モニターされる パラメータの値に応じて前記手段(7)を作動するようにされた制御ユニット( 13)とを特徴とする車両(1〜3)用の装置。 2.前記車両(1〜3)は少なくとも2つの車軸(4〜6)を組み込み、各車 軸は2つの車輪を備えており、前記制御ユニット(13)は、第1の実質的に等 しい速度低減力が、モニターされるパラメータの値に応じて車軸上の各車輪に適 用されるように前記手段(7)を作動するようにされていることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記車両がコースから逸脱の状態にあるかどうかを決定するようにされた 手段(10,11)を特徴とし、また前記制御ユニット(13)がコースからの 逸脱の識別された状態に応じて前記速度低減手段(7)を作動するようにされて いることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記制御ユニットは、第2の速度低減力がコースからの逸脱の識別された 状態に応じて車軸(4〜6)上の前記車輪に非均一的に適用されるように前記速 度低減手段(7)を作動するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載 の装置。 5.前記制御ユニットは、モニターされているパラメータが所定の値を越えた 場合、コースからの逸脱の識別された状態に応じて前記第2の速度低減力が非均 一的に適用されるように前記速度低減手段(7)を作動するようにされているこ とを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 6.前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記第2の速度低減力が、前記モニターさ れているパラメータの値およびコースからの逸脱の識別された状態に応じて第1 の速度低減力に重畳されるように前記速度低減手段(7)を作動するようにされ ていることを特徴とする請求項4と5のいずれかに記載の装置。 7.コースからの逸脱の状態を識別するための前記手段(10,11)は、前 記車両の計画されたコースを検出するようにされた第1のセンサ(10)と、そ の実際のコースを検出するようにされた第2のセンサ(11)とを含み、前記制 御ユニット(13)は、前記車両の検出された実際のコースをその計画されたコ ースと比較することによりコースからの逸脱の状態を識別するようにされている ことを特徴とする請求項3から6までのいずれか1つに記載の装置。 8.前記制御ユニット(13)は、モニターされているパラメータの値がある 値を越えた場合、前記速度低減手段(7)を作動するようにされていることを特 徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1つに記載の装置。 9.前記速度低減手段は各車輪用の制動装置(7)を含むことを特徴とする請 求項1から8までのいずれか1つに記載の装置。 10.前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記第1の力に対応する第1の信号と、 前記第2の力に対応する第2の信号とを発するようにされたプロセッサユニット (15)と、前記第1と第2の信号に応じて各制動装置(7)を作動するように された分配ユニット(16)とを組み入れていることを特徴とする請求項5と9 に記載の装置。 11.前記分配ユニット(16)は、前記車両の一方の側で、前記第1のカプ ラス前記第2の力の半分で車軸(4〜6)の前記制動装置(7)を作動させるよ うにされ、該車両の他方の側で、該第1のカマイナス該第2の力の半分で同じ車 軸(4〜6)上の他方の制動装置(7)を作動させるようにされていることを特 徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。 12.前記検出装置(12)は、前記パラメータとして、各々が前記車両の各 側に備えられ同じ車軸(4〜6)に配設された2つの車輪に作用する接地圧間の 差を検出するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれ か1つに記載の装置。 13.前記検出装置(12)は車両の最後尾の車軸の各サスペンション要素( 8)における圧力を検知するようにされている2つの圧力検知器を組み入れてい ることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 14.前記検出装置は前記長手方向(x)に対して横切る方向と車軸(4〜6 )の中心線との間の角度を前記パラメータとして決定するようにされている距離 測定素子を組み入れていることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれか1 つに記載の装置。 15.前記検出装置(12)は、車両の最後尾の車軸(5,6)に対して前記 パラメータを検出するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1から14まで のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 16.前記車両はトラクタ車両(1)とトレーラ車両(2)とを含み、前記検 出装置(12)は、前記トラクタ車両(1)の前記最後尾車軸(5)に対して前 記パラメータを検出するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1から15ま でのいずれか1つに記載の装置。
