Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 姿勢、加速度あるいは重力場およびその勾配成分を測定するためのセンサ 装置であり、流体あるいは流体の特性を有する他の慣性物質の形態のセンサ物質 を含む球面空洞(3)を含んでいるセンサ装置において、空洞(3)には3つの 異なる座標軸x、y、zに対する測定用センサまたは測定用電極(−x、+x; −y、+y;−z、+z)が設けられており、前記センサの全てが空洞(3)に 満たされた前記共通の自動力のない質量ないし慣性質量に応答することを特徴と するセンサ装置。 2. 姿勢、加速度あるいは重力場およびその勾配成分を測定するためのセンサ 装置であり、流体あるいは流体の特性を有する他の慣性物質の形態のセンサ物質 を含む球面空洞(3)を含んでいるセンサ装置において、センサ物質が空洞(3 )に満たされており、その中心を通って、互いに垂直であるとともにセンサ物質 の圧力により決まる物理量を測定する測定用センサ(−x、+x;−y、+y; −z、+z)が設けられた、3つの座標軸x、y、zが延びており、該装置は、 これらの測定結果に基づいて、被測定量を3次元的に決定することを特徴とする センサ装置。 3. 空洞(3)内部のセンサ物質が加速により生じる圧力変動に応答するとと もに測定用センサあるいは電極が前記応答の結果としてセンサ物質内で生じる変 化を測定するために適合されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1または2記 載のセンサ装置。 4. 空洞(3)内に含まれたセンサ物質における圧力変化に測定用センサが応 答することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1または2記載のセンサ装置。
