Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リニア駆動装置に作用する作動力を検出及び評価するための装置において 、 作動力が、リニア駆動装置の摺動部分(1)の、少なくとも1つの定置の軸受 け部分(6)に作用して、この軸受け部分において、該軸受け部分(6)を作動 力に抗して支持する磁気ひずみパワーセンサ(7)によって検出及び評価される ようになっていることを特徴とする、リニア駆動装置に作用する作動力を検出及 び評価するための装置。 2.複数のパワーセンサ(7)が、横方向負荷を検出するために定置の軸受け 部分(6)の周方向にわたって分配されて設けられている、請求項1記載の装置 。 3.リニア駆動装置が、磁気ひずみパワーセンサの信号に関連して制御及び/ 調整されるようになっている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
