Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エタン、エチレン、またはこれらの混合物と酸素とを含んだガス状供給 物を、Mo元素、Pd元素、Re元素、X元素、およびY元素をa:b:c:d:e のグラム原子比にて酸素と結合した状態で含んだ触媒 MoaPbRecXdYe (I) (式中、Xは、Cr、Mn、Nb、B、Ta、Ti、V、および/またはWであ り;Yは、Bi、 Ce、Co、Cu、Te、Fe、Li、K、Na、Rb、B e、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ni、P、Pb、Sb、Si、Sn、Tl、およ び/またはUであり;添え字a、b、c、d、およびeは対応する元素のグラム 原子比であって、このときa=1であり、b>0であり、c>0であり、d=0. 05〜2であり、そしてe=0〜3である)と接触させる工程を含む、エタン、エ チレン、またはこれらの混合物と酸素とを含んだガス状供給物から高温にて酢酸 を選択的に製造する方法。 2. 反応温度が200〜500℃の範囲である、請求項1記載の製造法。 3. 反応器中の圧力が1〜50バールの範囲である、請求項1〜2のいずれか 一項に記載の製造法。 4. b=0.0001〜0.5である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造法 。 5. 少なくとも1種のさらなるガス、特に窒素、メタン、二酸化炭素、一酸 化炭素、エチレン、および/または水蒸気と混合したエタンを反応器に供給する 、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製造法。 6. 前記触媒が、酸素と結合した状態の下記組成物 Mo1.0Pd0.01Re0.7V0.7Nb0.2Sb0.1Ca0.05 Mo1.0Pd0.02Re0.7V0.7Nb0.2Sb0.1Ca0.05 Mo1.0Pd0.02Re0.5V0.5Nb0.5Sb0.1 Mo1.0Pd0.02Re0.7V0.5Te0.5 Mo1.0Pd0.02Re0.7V0.7Nb0.2Sb0.1Ca0.05 Mo1.0Pd0.02Re0.7W0.2V0.7Nb0.2Sb0.1 の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製造法。 7. エタンおよび/またはエチレンを酸化して酢酸を形成させる反応の選択 率が、3%より大きいエタン転化率にて75モル%を越える、請求項1〜6のいず れか一項に記載の製造法。 8. 前記触媒を担体物質と混合するか、あるいは担体物質上に固定する、請 求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製造法。 9. Mo元素、Pd元素、Re元素、X元素、およびY元素をa:b:c:d :eのグラム原子比にて酸素と結合した状態で含む触媒 MoaPdbRecXdYe (I) (式中、Xは、Cr、Mn、Nb、B、Ta、Ti、V、および/またはWであ り;Yは、Bi、Ce、Co、Cu、Te、Fe、Li、K、Na、Rb、Be 、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ni、P、Pb、Sb、Si、Sn、Tl、および /またはUであり;添え字a、b、c、d、およびeは対応する元素のグラム原 子比であって、このときa=1であり、b>0であり、c>0であり、d=0.05 〜2であり、そしてe=0〜3である)であって、エタンおよび/またはエチレ ンを選択的に酸化して酢酸を形成させるための触媒。
