Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電気的に非導電性であるバッキングと、 該バッキングの軸線に沿って互いに分離している少なくとも2枚の導電性プ レートであって、各々が電気的に非導電性であるバッキングに接触し、かつ軸線 に隣接する内側エッジを有する導電性プレートと、任意に、 該導電性プレートの双方と接触する導電性接着剤領域と、 を含む生体用電極であって、 軸線と交差する生体用電極の外側エッジから離れた第1の地点において軸線 に沿って導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離が、生体用電極の外側エッジに更に 接近した第2の地点において導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離より実質的に長 い、生体用電極。 2. 前記導体プレートと患者の生体に接触できる電極の表面との間に損失誘 電物質領域を更に含む、請求項1に記載の生体用電極。 3. 前記導電性プレートが生体接触部分を有し、 該生体接触部分の外側エッジから離れた地点において軸線に沿って導電性プ レート間を隔てる最短距離と、生体接触部分の外側エッジに近い地点において導 電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離との比率が、約2:1を超える、請求項1に記 載の生体用電極。 4. 前記生体接触部分の外側エッジから離れた地点において導電性プレート 間を隔てる最短距離と、生体接触部分の外側エッジに近い点において導電性プレ ート間を隔てる最短距離との比率が、約3:1乃至15:1の間である、 請求項3に記載の生体用電極。 5. 前記生体接触部分の外側エッジから離れた地点において導電性プレート 間を隔てる最短距離と、生体接触部分の外側エッジに近い地点において導電性プ レート間を隔てる最短距離との比率が、約4:1乃至10:1の間である、 請求項4に記載の生体用電極。 6. (a)CQM回路機構を有する電気手術用発振器と、 (b)生体用電極と、 (c)該発振器と該電極との間の電気接続と、 を含む電気手術用CQM回路であって、 該生体用電極が、 電気的に非導電性であるバッキングと、 該バッキングの軸線に沿って互いに分離している少なくとも2枚の導電性プ レートであって、各々が電気的に非導電性であるバッキングに接触し、かつ軸線 に隣接する内側エッジを有する導電性プレートと、任意に、 該導電性プレートの双方と接触する導電性接着剤領域と、 を有し、 軸線と交差する生体用電極の外側エッジから離れた第1の地点において軸線 に沿って導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離が、生体用電極の外側エッジに更に 接近した第2の地点において導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離より実質的に長 い、生体用電極。 7. (a)CQM回路機構を有する電気手術用発振器と、 (b)生体用電極と、 (c)該発振器に電気的に接続されている電気手術鉛筆と、 (d)該発振器と該電極との間の電気接続と、 を含む電気手術用システムであって、 該生体用電極が、 電気的に非導電性であるバッキングと、 該バッキングの軸線に沿って互いに分離している少なくとも2枚の導電性プ レートであって、各々が電気的に非導電性であるバッキングに接触し、かつ軸線 に隣接する内側エッジを有する導電性プレートと、任意に、 該導電性プレートの双方と接触する導電性接着剤領域と、 を有し、 軸線と交差する生体用電極の外側エッジから離れた第1の地点において軸線 に沿って導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離が、生体用電極の外側エッジに更に 接近した第2の地点において導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離より実質的に長 い、生体用電極。 8. (a)ほ乳類患者の生体に生体用電極を接触させるステップと、 (b)生体用電極の一部分が患者の生体から剥離すると警報が鳴るステップと 、 を含む電気手術用CQM警報条件の早期検出方法であって、 剥離した生体用電極の部分が生体用電極の軸線沿いに位置し、 軸線と交差する生体用電極の外側エッジから離れた第1の地点において軸線 に沿って導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離が、生体用電極の外側エッジに更に 接近した第2の地点において導電性プレート間を隔てる最短距離より、実質的に 長い、方法。
