Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オフショア産業及び軍事用、民生用の遠洋航路船のスプリンクラーシステム 、並びに、公共建物及び工場のスプリンクラーシステムに適した耐蝕性及び耐 火性のパイプシステムにおいて、 冷間成形された硬いパイプ部分(10)を備え、パイプ部分が、1以上のチ ューブ状のゴム層(11、13、15)と、ゴム層を囲む補強材層(12、 14)とを有しており、前記補強材層が、巻付けられ、編組され、編まれ、或 いは互いに交差するように他の方法で作られたワイヤ又はリボンで形成されて おり、ワイヤ又はリボンの各々が、パイプ部分(10)の長さ方向軸線に対し て、補強されたチューブ状のゴム層(11、13、15)に最大の強度を付与 する巻付け又は螺旋角度を形成しており、使用時にパイプ部分(10)を別の パイプ部分に複数経路継手として連結するための分岐連結体(18)を備えて いることを特徴とするパイプシステム。 2.補強材層(12、14)が、1以上のゴム層(11、13、15)によって 囲まれていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のパイプシステム。 3.補強材層(12、14)が、前記ゴム層(11、13、15)の間の1以上 の別の層として位置していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のパイ プシステム。 4.補強材層の材料が、金属ワイヤ又は炭素繊維複合材料を含んでいることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載のパイプシステム。 5.少なくとも1つの外側のゴム層(13、15)が、パイプ材料の特別の用途 に適合する性質を有するゴム材料又はゴムタイプの材料を含んでいることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれか1項に記載のパイプシステム。 6.内側のゴム層(11)を接触状態に囲む有孔ケーシングを備え、該有孔ケー シングが、前記補強材層の一方(12)を含み、或いは別個の層でもよく、有 孔ケーシングの孔が、パイプ部分(10)内の加圧液体に対してノズル作用を 提供し、かつ、極熱輻射束密度を受けるときでさえもパイプ材料にセルフシー リング性質を付与するように選定された最小横断面積を有していることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか1項に記載のパイプシステム。 7.請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか1項に記載のパイプシステムでパイプ 部分(10)を別のパイプ部分に連結するための分岐連結体(18)において 、 金属又はプラスチックのパイプ片(17)と、該パイプ片(17)の外側に 取付けられたフランジ(12)と、パイプ片を収容する穴(21)、及びフラ ンジ(22)を支持するための外方に延びた部分(20)を有する第1の半円 形のキャリパー(19)と、対向した、第2の半円形のキャリパー(23)と を備え、第1のキャリパー(19)と第2のキャリパー(23)が一緒になっ て、適当なカップリング手段(24)の助けをかりて、パイプ片の取付け時に パイプ部分(10)に設けられた穴(16)の適所にパイプ片(17)を密封 状態に保持するように、パイプ部分(10)のまわりにリング形接合部を形成 することを特徴とする分岐連結体。 8.パイプ片(17)の外面のフランジ(22)の下方に、密封用のコーティン グ(25)が施されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の分岐連 結体。 9.フランジ(22)が、パイプ片に螺合されるナットの形態を有しており、こ れによりパイプ片(17)上でのフランジの位置を調整し、パイプ片(17) の回転を阻止することができることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項又は第8項 に記載の分岐連結体。
