Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 燃料を直接噴射される機関が、部分負荷において成層運転で、1より大きい λ値で運転され、触媒に吸着される窒素酸化物を還元するため、特定の間隔で、 供給される空気量の絞り及び/又は燃料の噴射量の増大により、λ<1の空気比 を持つ均質運転への飛躍が行われる方法において、第1段階で燃焼室(6)内の 空気量が、弁制御時間の変化により減少され、第2段階で成層運転から均質運転 への移行が行われ、その際λ値が1より小さく設定されることを特徴とする、希 薄な燃料―混合気で運転されるガソリン機関の有害な排気ガス放出物の減少方法 。 2 空気量の減少が、燃焼室(6)のピストンの下死点(UT)後に入口弁を遅 れて閉じることにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3 空気量の減少が、燃焼室(6)のピストンの上死点(OT)後に入口弁を早 く閉じることにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 4 燃料を直接噴射される機関が、部分負荷において成層運転で、1より大きい λ値で運転され、触媒に吸着される窒素酸化物を還元するため、特定の間隔で、 供給される空気量の絞り及び/又は燃料の噴射量の増大により、λ<1の空気比 を持つ均質運転への飛躍が行われる方法において、第1段階で燃焼室(6)内の 空気が、燃焼室(6)へ至る少なくとも1つの吸気通路(4又は5)にある絞り 装置(12又は13)により減少され、第2段階において、成層運転から均質運 転への移行が行われ、その際λ値が1より小さく設定されることを特徴とする、 希薄な燃料−空気混合気で運転されるガソリン機関の有害な排気ガス放出物の減 少方法。 5 空気を減少するため、2つの吸気通路(4,5)が存在する場合、燃焼室( 6)当り1つの吸気通路(4又は5)が遮断されることを特 徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
