- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 1つまたは複数の単位電池を含むバッテリユニット用で、高周波数で励起 可能な少なくとも1つの1次誘導導体と、充電電流を対応するバッテリユニット に供給可能な共振2次誘導ピックアップユニットとの間で誘導電力転送を利用し 、前記ピックアップユニットは、少なくとも1つのインダクタ、共振コンデンサ および整流手段を含むバッテリ充電手段において、 前記ピックアップは1次誘導導体と誘導ピックアップユニットの間の結合を変 化させる手段を含み、前記手段は、時々少なくとも1つの前記インダクタを短絡 可能な短絡スイッチを含み、これにより前記共振ピックアップユニットで循環す るエネルギの量が制御可能で、これにより充電式バッテリユニットに送られるエ ネルギの量が制御可能なことを特徴とする前記バッテリ充電手段。 2. 前記ピックアップユニットは第1制御インダクタと第2電力処理インダク タを含み、第1インダクタが短絡状態にあるときに、第2インダクタが前記1次 誘導導体と実質的に非結合とされるように、前記第1インダクタと第2インダク タは互いに誘導結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ充電 手段。 3. 前記ピックアップユニットが、前記1次誘導導体と任意のピックアップ巻 線との間の結合量を制御する制御手段を含み、前記制御手段は前記充電式バッテ リの充電の状態を判定可能であり、一層の充電電流を供給したり供給しなかった りすることが可能で、これにより前記充電式バッテリの充電の状態が制御可能な ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ充電手段。 4. 少なくとも1つの1次誘導導体と、複数のバッテリユニットで構成される 充電式バッテリのバンクと共に使用され、各バッテリユニットには関連するバッ テリ充電手段が存在する請求項3に記載のバッテリ充電手段において、前記制御 手段は前記バンク内の各バッテリユニットの充電の状態を判定可能であり、各バ ッテリユニットに一層の充電電流を供給したり遮断したりすることができ、これ により対応するバッテリユニットの充電の状態が制御され、これにより充電の状 態が前記バンクのバッテリユニットを通して同等にされることを特徴とする請求 項3に記載のバッテリ充電手段。 5. 複数の単位電池と請求項4に記載の複数の関連バッテリ充電手段とを備え るバッテリモノブロックであって、前記充電および制御手段は内部からその動作 電力を引き出すことができ、前記充電および制御手段を含むモノブロックは自己 安定化機能を有しており、これにより前記制御手段は任意の単位電池が任意の他 の単位電池より少ない充電を保持しているかどうかを判定可能であり、そして前 記制御手段は、任意のより少ない充電の単位電池に充電を追加可能であり、これ によりすべての単位電池が同じ充電の状態にされることを特徴とする前記バッテ リモノブロック。 6. 前記充電および制御手段は前記モノブロック内に物理的に含まれているこ とを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリモノブロック。 7. 少なくとも1つの電気モータにより少なくとも部分的に駆動される車両で あって、前記電気モータは請求項4に記載のバッテリ充電手段から充電可能な充 電式バッテリバンクから電力を引き出すものであることを特徴とする車両。 8. 再生可能な源からエネルギを収集できる電力収集手段と、収集されたエネ ルギを貯蔵して電力変換装置に解放することが可能な充電式バッテリバンクとを 含む電力貯蔵モジュールであって、前記充電式バッテリバンクは請求項4に記載 のバッテリ充電および制御手段から充電可能なことを特徴とする前記電力貯蔵モ ジュール。 9. 前記電気モータは、請求項5に記載のバッテリ充電手段から充電可能な充 電式バッテリバンクから電力を引き出すことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両 。 10. 前記充電式バッテリバンクは、請求項5に記載のバッテリ充電および制 御手段から充電可能なことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電力貯蔵モジュール。 11. 前記充電式バッテリは鉛蓄電池であり、コントローラは、完全充電の約 70%の上限と約30%の所定の下限の間に充電をほぼ維持し、これにより鉛蓄 電池の寿命が長くなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリ充電手段。 12. 前記制御手段は前記充電式バッテリバンク内の障害を検出したり予想し たりできることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリ充電手段。 13. 前記制御手段は各バッテリユニットの動作を記録可能なことを特徴とす る請求項3に記載のバッテリ充電手段。
