Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.輸送可能な核燃料容器であって、前記容器は、内側に遮へい部を備えた外側 容器を含み、同遮へい部は内側凹部を形成し、同凹部は複数の燃料容器を収容し 、同燃料容器の内側の容量は、前記外側容器の外側の容量の少なくとも5%であ る容器。 2.前記内側凹部は、4つの側壁部と基底部を含むとともに同凹部に適合する形 状を有する単一ユニットの内側容器を備える請求項1に記載の容器。 3.前記内側容器が一連のチャンバに分割される請求項2に記載の容器。 4.前記内側容器は、前記内側凹部又は内側容器を横切る1つ又はそれ以上の部 材にて分割される請求項3に記載の容器。 5.前記内側容器は1つ又はそれ以上のスリーブによって分割される請求項3に 記載の容器。 6.前記スリーブが中性子吸収材にて包囲される請求項5に記載の容器。 7.前記中性子吸収材は好ましくは、製造時に液体としてスリーブの周りに導入 される樹脂である請求項5に記載の容器。 8.前記遮へい材は、一連の分離した層において、1つ又はそれ以上の基底層と 、各壁部の1つ又はそれ以上の壁部層とのうちの少なくとも一方に備えられる請 求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の容器。 9.前記遮へい層は、熱を遮へいするか、又は中性子を吸収するかの少なくとも 一方である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の容器。 10.前記内側容器は、鋼鉄、特にホウ素鋼又はステンレス鋼より形成される請 求項2乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の容器。 11.内側の容量は、9つのほぼ等しいチャンバ又はスリーブに分割される請求 項2乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の容器。 12.前記燃料容器は、1つ又はそれ以上のチャンバに収容される円筒状のドラ ムを含む請求項3乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の容器。 13.前記燃料容器は、3つ以上のチャンバに収容される請求項3乃至12のい ずれか1項に記載の容器。 14.中性子吸収材を備えた1つ又はそれ以上のチャンバを含む請求項3乃至1 3のいずれか1項に記載の容器。 15.請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に従う容器に核燃料を載置することを含 む、核燃料の輸送及び保存の少なくとも一方を行うための方法。
