Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可撓性不導性フィルムと、該フィルムの主表面上の2つの異なる炭素含有 被膜とを含む導電体。 2.一方の炭素含有被膜が低多孔性被膜であり、他方の炭素含有被膜が高多孔 性被膜である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の導電体。 3.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が前記フィルムと接触し、前記高多孔性炭素含 有被膜が前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜と接触する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の導電 体。 4.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が、炭素パウダー、疎水性高分子結合剤、任意 に銀含有パウダー、および任意に架橋剤を含み、 前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜が、銀含有パウダー、炭素パウダー、疎水性または 親水性高分子結合剤、および任意に架橋剤を含む、請求の範囲第3項に記載の導 電体。 5.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が、銀、ハロゲン化銀、またはそれらの組合せ を含む銀含有パウダーを含む、請求の範囲第4項に記載の導電体。 6.前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜が単位面積1m2あたり約8m2/m2よりも大きな N2吸着表面積を有する、請求の範囲第3項に記載の導電体。 7.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が単位面積1m2あたり約5m2/m2未満のN2吸着 表面積を有する、請求の範囲第3項に記載の導電体。 8.前記疎水性高分子結合剤が吸水性を最小限のみもしくはほとんど持たない 、請求の範囲第4項に記載の導電体。 9.前記可撓性不導性フィルム2が約1μm〜約200μmの厚みを有し、前 記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が約1〜約20μmの厚みを有し、前記高多孔性炭素含 有被膜が約1〜約20μmの厚みを有す る、請求の範囲第2項に記載の導電体。 10.前記フィルムがポリエステル、ポリ(エチレン)、ポリ(プロピレン)、お よびポリ(塩化ビニル)から成るグループから選択される、請求の範囲第1項に 記載の導電体。 11.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜用の前記炭素パウダーがグラファイトパウダ ー、カーボンブラックパウダー、およびそれらの組合せを含み、前記高多孔性炭 素含有被膜用の前記炭素パウダーがグラファイトパウダー、カーボンブラックパ ウダー、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求の範囲第4項に記載の導電体。 12.前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜内の銀含有パウダーの総含有量が約0.5〜 約30重量パーセントであり、 前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜内の疎水性または親水性高分子結合剤の含有量が約 20〜約90重量パーセントであり、 前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜内の銀含有パウダーの総含有量が約12重量パーセ ント未満であり、 前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜内の疎水性高分子結合剤の含有量が約30〜約90 重量パーセントである、請求の範囲第4項に記載の導電体。 13.前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜内の炭素含有パウダーの平均吸着表面積が約 600m2/g以上であり、前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜内の銀含有パウダーの平均 直径が約0.5〜約30μmである、請求の範囲第12項に記載の導電体。 14.2つの異なる配合のインクで可撓性不導性フィルムの主表面を縦−列に 塗布するステップを含み、第1のインクが前記フィルムの主表面上の低多孔性炭 素含有被膜を形成し、第2のインクが前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜上の高多孔性炭 素含有被膜を形成する、導電体を製造する方法。 15.導電体と、前記導電体と接触する電解質を含有するイオン伝導性媒体と を含む生体医療用電極。 16.前記導電体が可撓性不導性フィルムと、前記フィルムの主表面上の2つ の異なる炭素含有被膜とを含む、請求の範囲第15項に記載の生体医療用電極。 17.一方の炭素含有被膜が低多孔性炭素含有被膜であり、他方の炭素含有被 膜が高多孔性炭素含有被膜である、請求の範囲第16項に記載の生体医療用電極 。 18.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が前記フィルムと接触し、前記高多孔性炭素 含有被膜が前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜と接触し、前記電解質が前記高多孔性炭素 含有被膜内に分散する、請求の範囲第17項に記載の生体医療用電極。 19.前記低多孔性炭素含有被膜が、炭素パウダー、疎水性高分子結合剤、任 意に銀含有パウダー、および任意に架橋剤を含み、 前記高多孔性炭素含有被膜が、銀含有パウダー、炭素パウダー、疎水性または 親水性高分子結合剤、および任意に架橋剤を含む、請求の範囲第18項に記載の 生体医療用電極。 20.タブ部分の高多孔性炭素含有被膜の端部の少なくとも一部が前記イオン 伝導性媒体で覆われない、請求の範囲第18項に記載の生体医療用電極。 21.タブ部分の低多孔性炭素含有被膜の端部の少なくとも一部がいかなる前 記高多孔性炭素含有被膜にも覆われない、請求の範囲第18項に記載の生体医療 用電極。
