Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 有機化合物中の1個またはそれ以上の官能基の選択的水素化方法において 該官能基がアルケン、環状アルケン、環状アルカン、ラクトン、無水物、アミド 、ラクタム、シッフ塩基、アルデヒド、ケトン、アルコール、ニトロ、ヒドロキ シルアミン、ニトリル、オキシム、イミン、アジン、ヒドラゾン、アニリン、ア ジド、シアネート、イソシアネート、チオシアネート、イソチオシアネート、ジ アゾニウム、アゾ、ニトロソ、フェノール、エーテル、フラン、エポキシド、ヒ ドロペルオキシド、ペルオキシド、オゾニド、アレーン、飽和または不飽和の複 素環、ハロゲン化物、酸ハロゲン化物、アセタール、ケタール、およびセレンま たは硫黄を含有する化合物から選択される該方法であって、該方法が水素に加え て成分の少なくとも一つが超臨界または近臨界条件下にある状態にて該有機化合 物を不均質触媒上で連続的に水素化することから成り、しかも選択的水素化を遂 行するように温度、圧力、触媒、流量および水素濃度の一つまたはそれ以上を制 御する上記方法。 2. 基質および水素のすべてが、追加的溶媒和性流体と共に または追加的溶媒和性流体なしで均質単一相にある、ことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 水素化が水素化分解である、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法 。 4. 水素化反応が、第1級および第2級アミンまたはアンモニアの還元的アル キル化である、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 5. 第1級または第2級アミンが、更なる反応の前にその場で形成される、請 求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6. 水素化反応が、アルデヒド、ケトンおよびフェノールの還元的アミノ化で ある、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 7. カルボニル化合物が、アミンとの更なる反応の前にその場で形成される、 請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8. 有機化合物が芳香族化合物である、前記請求の範囲のいずれかの項に記載 の方法。 9. 超臨界流体が、二酸化炭素、プロパン、アルカン、アルケン、アンモニア 、ハロカーボンまたはこれらのいずれかの混合物である、前記請求の範囲のいず れかの項に記載の方法。 10. 超臨界流体が、二酸化炭素、プロパンまたはそれらの混合物である、前 記請求の範囲のいずれかの項に記載の方法。 11. 触媒が、担持された金属触媒である、前記請求の範囲のいずれかの項に 記載の方法。 12. 触媒が、オルガノシロキサン−重縮合物、オルガノシロキサンアミン− 共重縮合物またはポリマーの第2級および/もしくは第3級オルガノシロキサン アミン結合物から形成された担体、白金、ニッケル、パラジウムもしくは銅また はそれらの組合わせから選択された金属、および随意に促進剤からなる、前記請 求の範囲のいずれかの項に記載の方法。 13. 水素の源が、水素の同位体または水素移動試薬である、前記請求の範囲 のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
