Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の: (a)実質的に1,1,1,3,3‐ペンタフルオロプロパン(R‐245f a)と約20,000重量ppm以下の1‐クロロ‐3,3,3‐トリ フルオロプロパン(R‐1233zd)から成る混合物を、0より大き く、そして少なくとも0.02ワット‐時/kg‐混合物の露光量を与 える約300と400nmの間の波長を有する紫外線の照射下で、R‐ 1233zdもしくは他のオレフィン類の各モル当たり約1‐5モルの 塩素と接触させ、それによって該R‐1233zdを1,2,2‐トリ クロロ‐3,3,3‐トリフルオロプロパン(R‐233)もしくはよ り多量の塩素を含むプロパン類に転化させることにより、R‐1233 zdもしくは他のオレフィ類の濃度を10重量ppm未満まで低下させ る工程、および (b)(a)で生成したR‐233をR‐245faから分離する工程 を含んでなる、R‐245faからR‐1233zdまたは他のオレフィン系不 純物を除去する方法。 2.3‐クロロ‐1,1,1,3,3‐ペンタフルオロプロパン(R‐235 fa)を併産させるために、R‐245faを一部塩素化する、請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3.紫外線が約0.02から2ワット‐時/kg‐混合物の露光量を与える、 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.R‐1233zdの各モル当たり約1から1.5モルの塩素が存在する、 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.(a)の接触工程が、R‐245faが液体であることを保証するのに十 分な温度と圧力で行なわれる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.(a)の接触工程が、R‐245faが気体である温度と圧力で行なわれ る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.温度が約−50℃から200℃の範囲内である、請求の範囲第1項に記載 の方法。 8.温度が約25℃から60℃の範囲内である、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方 法。 9.(b)の分離が蒸留により行われる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.他のオレフィン系不純物がR‐1223xd、R‐1224zb、R‐ 1224xeおよびR‐1233xfから成る群の少なくとも1種を含んでなる 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
