- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.所与の体積中のポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物の量を測定する 方法であって、 (a)前記ポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物と、強磁性、フェリ 強磁性、導電性またはその組み合わせである被膜が提供された非強磁性コアまた は非フェリ磁性コアを含む複数の微粒子とを配合して、前記微粒子が前記組成物 全体に実質的に均一に分散した混合物を形成する工程であって、 前記微粒子は、所与の体積中の前記組成物の量と相関関係がある検出可能 な電磁特性を有する工程と、 (b)前記微粒子の前記電磁特性を測定して、所与の体積中の前記組成物 の前記量を決定する工程と を含む方法。 2.前記微粒子の前記コアがガラスバブル、ガラスビーズ、ガラス繊維、ヒュ ームドシリカ粒子、溶融シリカ粒子、雲母薄片、ポリマー粒子、およびその組み 合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記被膜が導電性被膜を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記被膜が強磁性被膜またはフェリ磁性被膜を含む請求項1に記載の方法 。 5.前記被膜がステンレススチールを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記微粒子が金属被覆ガラスバブルを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記被膜が、ニッケル、鉄、コバルト、その合金およびその酸化物から成 る群から選択された強磁性組成物またはフェリ磁性組成物を含む請求項1に記載 の方法。 8.第1のポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物と第2のポリマー組成物 またはプレポリマー組成物を配合して反応混合物を形成することを含み、前記第 1と第2のポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物を一緒に配合する前に、前 記ポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物の少なくとも1種と前記微粒子とを 配合することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記第1のポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物中の前記微粒子が前 記第2のポリマー組成物またはプレポリマー組成物中の前記微粒子と異なる請求 項8に記載の方法。 10.前記混合物を基材上に付着させることと、前記微粒子の電磁特性を測定 して前記基材上に付着した前記混合物の量を決定することとを含む請求項1に記 載の方法。
