- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 湿った有機的廃棄物、特に一般家庭、食品加工業、農業などから出る生物 的廃棄物(生物ゴミ)を生物学的に処理するための処理法において、内部で可溶 性の有機物あるいは無機物及び場合によっては水溶性の脂肪酸が処理されるべき 材料(13)から浸出されるように、材料が浸出液(19)によって処理される固形 物反応装置(2)を有し、継続的あるいは断続的に材料(13)が投入される反応 装置(2)を含む反応装置の下部から浸出液が取り出され、材料の投入が反応装 置の一方の先端で行われ排出がもう一方の先端で行われ、組み合わされた攪拌及 び/あるいは循環及び/あるいは運搬装置(7 から10)が反応装置(2)に備え られていて、その装置が材料を撹拌及び運搬すると同時に材料内の最短流路を防 ぐあるいは破壊する役目を果たし、材料内を浸出液と反対方向に均一に流れる新 鮮な空気(27)の供給によって有機物の好気性分解が生じ、材料が反応装置内の 処理温度まで加熱され、材料の好気性分解の間、浸出液によって継続的あるいは 断続的に浸出が行われる処理法。 2. 材料(13)が反応装置(2)内をその長さ(l)全体にわたって前方及び/ あるいは後方に運搬でき、材料が反応装置の長さ(l)全体にわたって、好まし くは均一にあるいは材料の組成に応じ変化をつけて浸出液(19)及び/あるいは 新鮮な空気(27)にさらされる請求項1に記載の処理法。 3. 前記反応装置(2)の投入区域(11)において、好ましくは材料が均一に 浸出液(19)にさらされると同時に一定の新鮮な空気の供給を受け、材料の好気 性分解がまず材料(13)及び浸出液(19)の目標とする加熱を生じさせ、ついで 可溶性の有機物及び/あるいは無機物及び/ あるいは水溶性の脂肪酸の徹底的な浸出を生じさせる請求項2に記載の処理法。 4. 前記反応装置(2)の排出口(14)を有する排出区域において、この区域 での材料の含水量を減少させる(乾燥させる)ために、好ましくは浸出液の入射 を減少あるいは停止させ、また/あるいは新鮮な空気の供給を増加させ、好まし くは排出区域であらかじめ定めた時間予熱した逆流液(19)を供給して材料を殺 菌する請求項1に記載の処理法。 5. 材料(13)の有機的負荷、温度、含水量に応じて、開ループ及び/あるい は閉ループ制御下で継続的あるいは断続的に材料を循環しながら、好気性の分解 及び/あるいは可溶性の有機物、無機物、あるいは水溶性の脂肪酸の浸出処理に よって反応装置(2)内で材料を処理する請求項1から4の一つに記載の処理法 。 6. 前記反応装置が材料(13)の上方に開放空間(16)を有しており、それに よって上部の最大限の灌注面(46)に対して最大限均一に灌注あるいは入射する ことができる請求項 1 から 5 の一つに記載の処理法。 7. 前記反応装置(2)が下部に新鮮な空気(27)の供給及び/あるいは浸出 液(19')の出口の役割を果たす少なくとも 2 個の槽 (22)を有し、前記槽が 固形物が入るのを防ぐためのフィルターすなわちふるい装置(23)によって反応 装置内部(17)と隔てられている請求項 1 から6の一つに記載の処理法。 8. 前記槽(22)をあふれさせ反応装置内部(17)に向かって逆流させる操作 によってスクリーン装置(23)が清掃され、逆流液が好ましくは他の槽及び好ま しくは隣接する槽に供給され得る請求項 7 に記載の処理法。 9. 前記逆流操作が反応装置内部(17)に向かって空気を送り込むこ とによって行われる請求項8に記載の処理法。 10. 浸出液(19)が槽(22)から反応装置(2)にあふれ、それによって材料 (13)が前記液に浮揚し、好ましくは浮揚している材料(13)が攪拌器 (7 か ら10)によって反応装置内で循環あるいは前方及び/あるいは後方に運搬される 請求項7から9に記載の処理法。 11. 攪拌及び/あるいは循環機構が、攪拌アーム(8)及び反応装置内部(17) を貫く水平な軸(7)を有する突起のある攪拌器として構成され、材料(13)が 一種の円形状に循環しながら処理され、好ましくは材料(13)が反応装置内部( 17)で一種の円形状あるいはプラグ状に前進する前記の請求項1から 10 の一つ に記載の処理法。 12. 反応装置(2)から取り出された浸出液(19')が、浄化及び再生のための 機械的及び/あるいは無気的及び/あるいは以下の有気的処理を施される下流の 処理工程(3 から 5)に供給され、それにより処理された浸出液が好ましくは槽 (22)の逆流のため及び/あるいは反応装置(6)内の材料(13)の上方にある 開放空間(16)に供給される前記の請求項の一つに記載の処理法。 13. 前記の処理工程(3 から 5)が砂、石などの槽内物質を分離するための、 内部でプラスチック、木などの浮揚、浮遊物を取り除くことができる障害物分離 器(3)を含み、好ましくは更に処理工程(3 から 5)が浸出液処理用の下流の 無気性のメタン反応装置(4)を含み、有機的負荷の高い浸出液がメタンバクテ リアによって代謝物としてバイオガス(40)を発生しながら分解及び浄化され、 このようにして浄化された浸出液が、好ましくは有気的状態を作ることができる 下流の有気性の浄化工程(5)に供給され、それにより浄化及び再生された浸出 液が反応装置(2)に再供給される請求項 12 に記載の処理法。 14. 投入区域(11)における反応を促進するために、好気性活性化プ ラント(59)から活性化したスラッジが加えられる請求項 13 に記載の処理法。 15. 反応を促進するために、処理された材料(13)の一部(15)が排出口(14 )から再循環され、投入区域(11)に加えられる(62)請求項 14 に記載の処理 法。 16. 回転攪拌、混合あるいは運搬機構(8 から10)のための水平な可逆回転軸 (7)を有する細長い反応装置(2)が備えられ、供給される材料(13)の投入口 (11)及び排出口(14)が正反対の位置に置かれており、また浸出液(19)用の スプレーアーム(18)が反応装置内部(17)にその長さl全体にわたって配置さ れ、浸出液(19')を受けること及び/あるいは新鮮な空気の供給(27)のため に槽(22)が反応装置(2)の底部に備えられている前記請求項の一つ又はそれ 以上に記載の処理を行うための装置。 17. 攪拌器がパドル状あるいはブレード状の攪拌アームあるいは循環部材(8 、9)を有する突起のある攪拌器(8)として構成されており、好ましくは前方あ るいは後方への動きを生み出すためにプロペラのように攪拌アーム(8、9)をひ ねることが可能な請求項 16 に記載の装置。 18. パドル状あるいはブレード状の循環部材(9)が、軸(7)上に互いに向き 合い及び/あるいは重なり合い隣接して置かれている請求項 16 に記載の装置。 19. 前記攪拌器のアームが半径方向の対称軸から角度 x だけずれており、特 に傾いてあるいは湾曲している請求項 16 から 18 の一つに記載の装置。 20 処理された材料(13)を運搬経路(60)を通って投入口(11)に再循環す るために、運搬装置(61)が備えられた請求項 16 に記載の装置。
