Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つの回路点(S1,S2;S41,S42;S51,58;S61,68 )間の抵抗および/または漏れ測定のための回路装置であって、検査電流を前記 2つの回路点の一方に供給するための電流源(12;42;52;62)と、前 記検査電流と前記2つの回路点間の抵抗とから生じる電圧を検出する回路素子( 14;44;54;64)とを有している形式のものにおいて、 広帯域信号発生器(18)が設けられており、該発生器の出力側は前記電流源 (12;42;52;62)の制御入力側に接続されており、かつ前記回路素子 (14;44;5;64)の出力側および前記信号発生器(18)の出力側は、 これらの出力信号を相関するための相関器(16;46;56;66)の入力側 に接続されている ことを特徴とする回路装置。 2.前記回路素子(14;44;54;64)は電圧増幅器を含んでいる 請求項1記載の回路装置。 3.前記増幅器(14;44;54;64)は演算増幅器である 請求項2記載の回路装置。 4.前記信号発生器(18)はデジタル信号発生器で ある 請求項1記載の回路装置。 5.前記信号発生器(18)はレジスタ長nおよびクロック周波数Fを有する帰 還結合されたレジスタ(181)である 請求項4記載の回路装置。 6.少なくともそれぞれ2つの別の回路点(S51.58;S61,68)の間 の測定のために、前記電流源(12;42)がそれぞれ少なくとも1つも別の電 流源(52;62)を含んでおり、それぞれ少なくとも1つの別の相関器(56 ;66)がその一方の入力側に前置接続されている回路素子(54;64)を介 して前記回路点に接続されておりかつ前記信号発生器(18)の出力側は前記少 なくとも1つの別の相関器の第2の入力側および前記少なくとも1つの別の電流 源の制御入力側に接続されている請求項1記載の回路装置。 7.同時に相関されない信号は前記信号発生器(18)からその都度前記異なっ た電流源(42;52;62)の制御入力側に供給され、前記信号はその都度同 時に所属の相関器(46;56;66)に供給される 請求項6記載の回路装置。 8.乗算器(20)の第1入力側は前記信号発生器の出力側に接続されておりか つ係数値信号に対する乗 算器第2の入力側が設けられている ことを特徴とする2点測定のための回路装置。 9.エアバック制御装置における点火ピルの抵抗を測定するための請求項1記載 の回路装置の用途。 10.エアバック制御装置における漏れ抵抗を測定するための請求項1記載の回路 装置の用途。
