Claims (10)
- 2개의 회로점 중 하나에 테스트 전류를 공급하고, 제어 입력을 갖는 전류원(12; 42; 52; 62);상기 테스트 전류로 부터 발생하는 2개의 회로점 사이의 전압에 따른 출력을 가지며 상기 2개의 회로점 사이에 접속되는 회로 소자(14; 44; 54; 64);상기 전류원의 상기 제어 입력과 전기적으로 접속되며 출력을 갖는 광대역-신호 제너레이터(18); 및상기 회로 소자의 상기 출력과 전기적으로 접속되는 제1 입력 및 상기 광대역 신호-제너레이터의 상기 출력과 전기적으로 접속되는 제2 입력을 갖는 상관기(16; 46; 56; 66)로서, 상기 상관기는 상기 회로 소자의 상기 출력 및 상기 광대역 신호-제너레이터의 상기 출력 사이의 상관관계에 따라 출력 신호를 제공하는 상관기(16; 46; 56; 66)를 포함하는 에어백-제어 장치 내에 있는 적어도 2개의 회로점(S1, S2; S41, S42; S51, 58; S61, 68) 사이의 저항 측정을 위한 회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회로 소자(14; 44; 54; 64)가 전압 증폭기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기(14; 44; 54; 64)가 연산 증폭기를 포함하는 회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 신호 제너레이터(18)가 디지털 신호 제너레이터를 포함하는 회로.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 신호 제너레이터(18)가 레지스터 길이 n 및 클럭 주파수 F를 갖는 피드백 타입 레지스터(181)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각 적어도 2개의 추가 회로점(S51, 58; S61, 68) 사이에서의 측정을 위해 전류원(12; 42)이 제어 입력을 갖는 각각 적어도 하나의 추가 전류원(52; 62)을 포함하고, 각각 적어도 하나의 추가 상관기(56; 66)가 그것의 입력에 연결된 회로 소자(54; 64)를 통해 회로점과 접속되고 신호 제너레이터(18)의 출력이 적어도 하나의 추가 상관기의 제 2 입력 및 적어도 하나의 추가 전류원의 제어 입력과 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 신호 제너레이터(18)는 상관 관계가 없는 신호를 각 전류원(42; 52; 62)의 제어 입력 및 해당 상관기(46; 56; 66)에 동시에 제공하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배율기(20)의 제 1 입력이 신호 제너레이터의 출력과 접속되고 배율기(20)의 제 2 입력은 팩터값-신호를 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로.
