Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 水中油中水型の複合エマルジョン中に存在する有効成分を制御下に放出さ せる方法であって、 前記エマルジョンは、少なくとも一つの親水性有効成分を含む水相A1を有す る逆エマルジョンEiを含み、そのエマルジョンEiは連続水相A2中の正エマ ルジョンEdの小球として分散しており、2つのエマルジョンEiとEdは、そ れぞれの連続相中に存在する少なくとも一つの界面活性剤により安定化されてお り、 前記複合エマルジョンは、正エマルジョンに転化してエマルジョンEiの水相 A1中に存在する有効成分の水相A2中への放出を誘発するのに充分な量の試薬 を付与される ことを特徴とする方法。 2. エマルジョンEdの水相A2中に界面活性剤がその臨界濃度閾値より低い 濃度で存在する請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 複合エマルジョンに添加される試薬が、エマルジョンEdの水相A2中に 存在する海面活性剤と同じ界面活性剤である請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 前記界面活性剤が、水相A2中におけるその濃度がその臨界濃度閾値より 大きくなるのに充分な量で導入される請求項3に記載の方法。 5. エマルジョンEdの連続水相A2中に存在する界面活性剤のHLBが14 より大きい請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. エマルジョンEdの連続水相A2中に存在するHLBか約40である界面 活性剤について、濃度閾値が1〜20CMCである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 7. エマルジョンEdの連続水相A2中に存在するHLBか12〜20である 界面活性剤について、濃度閾値が100CMCより大きい請求項1〜5のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 8. エマルジョンEdの連続水相A2中に存在する界面活性剤か、好ましくは 、水溶性のレシチン、スクロースエステル、脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレ ン化アルキルアミド、トリグリセリドスルフェート、アルキルスルフェート、ア ルキルエーテルスルフェート、アルキルスルホネート、アルキルアミン塩、脂肪 アミン、リポアミノ酸、アルキルベタイン、アルキルポリグリコールエーテル、 アルキレンオキシドコポリマー、 変性ポリエステルおよび高分子シリコーン界面活性剤から選択される請求項1〜 7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. エマルジョンEiの連続相中に存在する界面活性剤のHLBが7より小さ い請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. エマルジョンEiの連続相中に存在する界面活性剤が、脂肪に溶解でき るレシチン、ソルビタンと脂肪酸のエステル、ポリアルキレンジポリヒドロキシ ステアレート、脂肪酸、モノグリセリド、ポリグリセロールエステル、ポリグリ セロールポリリシノレートおよび乳酸と酒石酸とのエステルから選択される請求 項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11. エマルジョンEiの連続相が、鉱油、植物油または動物油から選択され る少なくとも一つの油からなる油相である請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 12. 水相A1中の溶液中の有効成分が、好ましくは、ビタミン類、酵素、イ ンシュリン、鎮痛剤、細胞分裂抑制剤、抗炎症剤または抗緑内障剤、ワクチン、 抗ガン剤、麻薬拮抗薬、解毒剤、脱毛剤、味覚修正または遮断薬、水溶性塩、脱 離剤、酸、塩基、酢、グルコース、着色剤、防腐剤またはそれらの混合物から選 択される化合物である請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 13. 正エマルジョンEdか、好ましくは、逆エマルジョンEiの1〜50体 積%当り50〜99体積%の連続水相A2を含む請求項1〜12のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 14. 逆エマルジョンEiが、好ましくは、水相A1の1〜50体積%当り5 0〜99体積%の連続相を含む請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15. ビチュメン系表面処理剤の適用における脱離剤の制御下放出における請 求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法の適用。
