Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ピストンヘッド内に、金属薄板より成る冷却通路を備えた、内燃機関のた めの鋳込み成形された軽金属ピストンにおいて、 前記冷却通路(6)が、その周面に沿って少なくとも部分的に、オイルを通す 狭いギャップ(7)を有していることを特徴とする、冷却通路を備えたピストン 。 2. 冷却通路(6)が鋼薄板又は銅薄板より成っている、請求項1記載のピス トン。 3. 冷却通路(6)が亜鉛メッキされた鋼薄板より成っている、請求項2記載 のピストン。 4. 狭いギャップ(7)が、冷却通路(6)の全周面に亘って延びている、請 求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。 5. 前記ギャップ(7)が0.08〜0.5mmの幅を有している、請求項1 から4までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。 6. 前記ギャップ(7)が金属薄板端部を縁部なしで突き合わせることによっ て形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。 7. 金属薄板の厚さが0.1〜0.8mmである、請求項1から6までのいず れか1項記載のピストン。
