Claims (7)
- Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben für Verbrennungsmotoren mit einem im Kolbenkopf vorgesehenen Kühlkanal aus Blech,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kühlkanal (6) längs seines Umfangs zumindest teilweise einen dünnen, öldurchlässigen Spalt (7) aufweist. - Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kühlkanal (6) aus Stahlblech oder Kupferblech besteht. - Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kühlkanal (6) aus verzinktem Stahlblech besteht. - Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der dünne Spalt (7) sich über den gesamten Umfang des Kühlkanals (6) erstreckt. - Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spalt (7) eine Breite von 0,08 - 0,5 mm aufweist. - Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spalt (7) durch stumpfen Stoß der Blechenden gebildet wird. - Gegossener Leichtmetallkolben nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blechdicke 0,1 - 0,8 mm beträgt.
