Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エンジンを始動すると、真空が発生される内燃機関において燃料消費を最適 にし、且つ二酸化炭素排気放出物を低減するための装置において、 ブースタ容器を備え、該ブースタ容器は容器ボディと、空気が上記ブースタ 容器に入るための入口ノズル、および空気が上記ブースタ容器から出るための 出口ノズルと、上記入口ノズルおよび上記出口ノズルから遠くに配置された、 上記容器ボディ内の液体域と、上記容器ボディ内に位置決めされてそれに取付 けられて空気が通る通路を形成している複数のデフレクターとを備えており、 上記複数のデフレクターうちの少なくとも1つは液体域に部分的に浸漬されて おり、 空気は真空低圧下で液体域を去り、上記複数のデフレクター間に形成された 上記通路を通り、内燃機関に連結された上記出口ノズルを通ってブースタ容器 を去ることを特徴とする装置。 2.吸気マニフォールドを有する内燃機関において燃料消費を最適にし、且つ二 酸化炭素排気放出物を低減するための装置であって、この装置を吸気マニフォ ールドに連結し、エンジンを始動すると、吸気マニフォールドに真空を発生さ せる装置において、 ブースタ容器を備え、該ブースタ容器は容器ボディと、空気が上記ブースタ 容器に入るための入口ノズル、および空気が上記ブースタ容器から出るための 出口ノズルと、上記入口ズルおよび上記出口ノズルから遠くに配置された、 上記容器ボディ内の液体域と、上記容器ボディ内に位置決めされてそれに取付 けられて空気が通る通路を形成している複数のデフレクターとを備えており、 上記複数のデフレクターうちの少なくとも1つは液体域に部分的に浸漬されて おり、 大気圧の空気はブースタ容器に入り、上記デフレクターのうちの少なくとも 上記1つのまわりを通り、吸気マニフォールドからの低圧真空により影響され 、空気は低圧真空下で液体域を去り、上記複数のデフレクター間に形成された 上記通路を通り、内燃機関の吸気マニフォールドに連結された上記出口ノズル を通ってブースタ容器を去り、それにより空気は低圧真空下で吸気マニフォー ル ドまで移動することを特徴とする装置。 3.上記通路のうちの1つは空気を入口ノズルから液体まで通すために形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 4.液体は鉱油、エンジンオイル、オイル混合物およびメタノールよりなる群か ら選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 5.ブースタ容器は成形プラスチックポリマー製であることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の装置。 6.上記デフレクターのうちの少なくとも2つは液体に部分的に浸漬されている ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 7.上記デフレクターのうちの複数が互いにから隔てられて位置決めされ、それ により容器を出る前に空気が間を通って液体を去るための通路を形成している ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 8.空気が液体域に達する前に通る容器ボディ内の通路を備えていることを特徴 とする請求項2に記載の装置。 9.容器ボディ内の液体補償室を備えており、液体域は上記液体補償室の下部分 に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 10.吸気マニフォールドを有する内燃機関において、空気が吸気マニフォールド に入る前に空気をブースタ容器に通すことにより燃料消費を最適にし、且つ二 酸化炭素排気放出物を低減するための方法において、 複数のデフレクターが内部に取付けられたブースタに空気を供給し、 空気をブースタ容器内の液体域の中へ通し、 吸気マニフォールドに生じられた真空により液体内の空気を影響させ、 液体内の空気の泡を形成して真空により影響された空気を安定化し、 真空下で液体を去った空気をブースタ容器内の複数のデフレクター間の通路 に通し、 空気を真空下でブースタ容器からエンジンの吸気マニフォールドの中へ通す ことを特徴とする方法。 11.空気が液体に入る前に空気を少なくとも1つのデフレクターのまわりに通す ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.液体域を去った空気を液体補償室の泣けへ通すことを特徴とする請求項10 に記載の方法。 13.液体域を去った空気を互いから間隔を隔てられた複数のデフレクターにより 形成された通路に通すことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 14.鉱油、エンジンオイルおよびメタノールよりなる群から選択された液体域の 中へ空気を通すことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
