Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 沈降シリケートまたはシリカ粒体をメディア・ミル中でDBP数の減少に よって測定された際の、ストラクチャの30〜60%の減少を達成するのに十分 な時間に亘りドライ微粉砕し、減少したDBP数を有するドライ微粉砕生成物を 形成させ、前記生成物を水中に分散して水性スラリーを生じさせ、前記スラリー を所望のインクジェット・コーチングを製造するためのバインダーと混合するこ とを特徴とするインクジェット・コーチング用配合物の製造方法。 2. 前記微粉砕をボールミル中で実施する、請求項1記載の方法。 3. 前記微粉砕をアトリッションミル中で実施する、求項1記載の方法。 4. 前記ミルがメディアとしてMgO安定化ジルコニア円筒体を有する請求項 1記載の方法。 5. 前記ミルが球形ステアタイト・セラミック・アトリッションメディアを有 する請求項3記載の方法。 6. アトリッションミルを約300rpmのシャフト回転速度で運転する、請 求項3記載の方法。 7. さらに、メディアが前記粒状体に衝突して、非対称的粒度分布を示し、凝 集し、かつ減少したBET表面積を有する微粉砕粒体を生成させる程度に前記 シリケートまたはシリカ粒体を微粉砕する、請求項1記載の方法。 8. a)配合物用のバインダー・ビヒクルと、 b)デストラクチャされていないシリケートまたはシリカのDBP数より も30〜60%小さいDBP数を有するデストラクチャされたシリケートまたは シリカとを有することを特徴とするインクジェット・コーチング用配合物。 9. 固体含量として、少なくとも18重量%を有する請求項8記載のインクジ ェット・コーチング用配合物。 10.前記バインダー・ビヒクルが水性分散液中のポリビニルアルコールである請 求項8記載のインクジエット・コーチング用配合物。 11.請求項1記載の方法によって製造されたインクジェット・コーチング用配合 物。 12.請求項8記載のインクジェット・コーチング用配合物によって塗布された紙 。
