Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 相応するラセミ体のD,L−α−アミノカルボン酸から光学活性L−α− アミノカルボン酸を取得するに当たり、 (a)D,L−α−アミノカルボン酸をアセチル化し、 (b)この際得られるN−アセチル−D,L−α−アミノカルボン酸の混合物 中に存在するN−アセチル−L−α−アミノカルボン酸を酵素によりL−α−ア ミノカルボン酸へと分解し、 (c)N−アセチル−D(L)−α−アミノカルボン酸及び形成されたL−α −アミノカルボン酸と等量の酢酸塩を含む溶液をそのまま保持しておいて、L− α−アミノカルボン酸を前記混合物から分離し、かつ (d)前記溶液中に含有されたN−アセチル−D(L)−a−アミノカルボン 酸をラセミ化し、かつ酵素分解に返送する ことから成る方法において、工程(c)からの保持された溶液を、酢酸塩及び遊 離のN−アセチル−D(L)−α−アミノカルボン酸と平衡しているN−アセチ ル−D(L)−α−アミノカルボン酸塩及び遊離酢酸から成る溶液に、分離され たL−α−アミノカルボン酸と等モル量のN−アセチル−D,L− α−アミノカルボン酸を加え、かつこの溶液から3〜8のpH値で酢酸を蒸留に より分離することを特徴とする、相応するラセミ体のD,L−α−アミノカルボ ン酸から光学活性L−α−アミノカルボン酸を取得する方法。 2. 溶液を4.5〜5.5のpH値で蒸発濃縮して溶融液にする、請求項1記 載の方法。 3. 蒸発濃縮後に得られる生成物をラセミ化しかつ酵素ラセミ体分解に返送す る、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4. 未分解N−アセチル−D−α−アミノカルボン酸を、塩として又は遊離酸 と一緒の混合物で、無水酢酸1〜10重量%の存在で100〜220℃でラセミ 化する、請求項3記載の方法。 5. 130〜180℃の温度でラセミ化する、請求項4記載の方法。 6. N−アセチル−D,L−α−アミノカルボン酸を酵素分解のために水性媒 体中で塩に変え、かつL−α−アミノカルボン酸の残留部分における後アセチル 化のために工程(d)を行なう前に、溶液に他の塩基を加えることなくL−α− アミノカルボン酸の残留量に対して少なくとも1.1モル当量の無水酢酸を加え る、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7. 未分離L−α−アミノカルボン酸を4〜8のpH 値でアセチル化するために、溶液に未分離L−α−アミノカルボン酸に対して3 .0当量までの無水酢酸を加えて、生じる溶液を酵素分解のために使用する、請 求項6記載の方法。 8. L−メチオニン、L−バリン、L−フエニルアラニン及び/又はL−ノル バリンを取得する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
