Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持部材の上に、固体化可能材料の多数の層をあるパターンで連続して堆 積させることにより、3次元の物理的物体を製造する装置であって: 押出材料を供給するためのノズル手段と; 入力及び出力を有し、該出力がノズル手段に流動的に連絡しており、ノズル手 段に流動状態での固体化可能材料の加圧された流れを供給する、ポンプ手段と; ポンプ手段に連結され、ポンプ手段をしてノズル手段に対して可変レベルの加 圧及び流動率の固体化可能材料を供給できるようにする、駆動手段と; ポンプ手段の入口に連結された出口を有し、該出口は、ポンプ手段における加 圧及び流動率の作動レベルに拘わらず、固体化可能材料を、流動状態で、且つ固 体化可能材料の連続した量がポンプ手段の連続作動のために上記入口で利用でき ることを保証する所定圧で、上記入口に供給するためのものであり、ノズル手段 に対して及び通して固体化可能材料の絶え間無い流れを保証する、加圧ステージ と、を備えている装置。 2.固体化可能材料が一続きの固体ウエハとして加圧ステージに供給され、加 圧ステージが、 一続きの固体ウエハを受けるための、及びそれに熱を加えてウエハの固体化可 能材料を流動状態に変えるための、コンジットと; 流動状態の固体化可能材料に上記所定圧を加えるためにコンジット内にウエハ を物理的に推し進めるためのドライブ手段と、を備えている、請求項1記載の装 置。 3.上記各ウエハは、形づけられた非平面状の先面及び形づけられた非平面状 の後面を備えており、ウエハの上記先面は次のウエハの後面に入れ子になるよう 形成されている、請求項2記載の装置。 4.ドライブ手段が、供給路の回りに対立して配置された第1及び第2のベル トドライブからなり、該ベルトドライブは、両ベルトドライブのベルト間でウエ ハを受けて、それに作動動作を伝えるものである、請求項2記載の装置。 5.多数のウエハを保持するための取り外し可能なカセット手段と; カセット手段を受け取るためにドライブ手段に並置されたホルダーと; カセット手段から個々のウエハを取り外し、該ウエハをドライブ手段に入れさ せる、手段と、を更に備えている請求項2記載の装置。 6.各カセット手段は電子的読み取り可能データ記憶装置を有し、ホルダーは 、ホルダーへのカセットの挿入時に上記データ記憶装置に連結させるための接続 手段を有しており、それによって上記データ記憶装置のデータが外部制御器に利 用可能とされている、請求項5記載の装置。 7.ポンプ手段が、上記駆動手段に接続された回転推進機と該推進機を囲むメ ーティングコレットとからなる粘性ポンプであり、メーティングコレットはノズ ル手段に連結されている、請求項1記載の装置。 8.ノズル手段からの固体化可能材料を受け取るための取り外し可能な基板と ; 取り外し可能な基板を支持するためのプラテンと; 基板上の固体化可能材料の制御された堆積を可能ならしめるよう、プラテンと ノズル手段との間の相対移動を引き起こすための手段と; プラテンに基板を接着させるための手段と、を更に備えている請求項1記載の 装置。 9.取り外し可能な上記基板は、サポートと固体化可能材料を受け取るための 接着剤コーティングとを備えており、該接着剤コーティングは、固体化可能材料 の融点温度より低い融点温度を有しており、それによって、流動状態の固体化可 能材料の堆積が接着剤コーティングの下にある領域の溶解を引き起こし、その硬 化が固体化可能材料が固体化するように起こる、請求項8記載の装置。 10.上記支持は一枚の磁気材料であり、上記プラテンは上記磁気材料を引き 付けるための磁気手段を有している、請求項9記載の装置。 11.上記プラテンは少なくとも1個の磁気センサーを有しており、ノズル手 段は磁気材料からなっており、磁気センサーは、相対移動を引き起こす上記手段 の制御を可能とするための制御器に信号を供給するものである、請求項8記載の 装置。 12.押出機に固体化可能材料のウエハを供給するための装置であって、 多数のウエハを保持するための取り外し可能なカセット手段と; カセット手段を受け取るためのホルダーと; カセット手段から個々のウエハを取り外すための、また、ウエハを押出機に渡 すための、手段と、を備えている装置。 13.各カセット手段は電子的読み取り可能データ記憶装置を有し、ホルダー は、ホルダーへのカセットの挿入時に上記データ記憶装置に連結させるための接 続手段を有しており、それによって上記データ記憶装置のデータが押出機の外部 制御器に利用可能とされている、請求項12記載の装置。 14.上記各ウエハは、形づけられた非平面状の先面及び形づけられた非平面 状の後面を備えており、ウエハの上記先面は次のウエハの後面に入れ子になるよ う形成されている、請求項12記載の装置。 15.押出機は、上記カセットから上記ウエハを受け取るための加圧ドライブ 手段を有しており、 供給路の回りに対立して配置された第1及び第2のベルトドライブを備えてお り、該ベルトドライブは、両ベルトドライブのベルト間で上記ウエハを受けて、 それに、上記ウエハを押出機の流動体化コンジット内に押し込む作動動作を伝え るものである、請求項12記載の装置。 16.支持部材の上に、固体化可能材料の多数の層をあるパターンで連続して 堆積させることにより、3次元の物理的物体を製造する方法であって、その方法 は、押出材料を供給するためのノズル手段と、入力及び出力を有し、該出力がノ ズル手段に流動的に連絡しており、ノズル手段に流動状態での固体化可能材料の 加圧された流れを供給する、ポンプ手段と、ポンプ手段をしてノズル手段に対し て可変レベルの加圧及び流動率の固体化可能材料を供給できるようにする、駆動 手段と、ポンプ手段の入口に連結された出口を有し、該出口は、固体化可能材料 を流動状態で上記入口に供給するためのものである、加圧ステージと、を備えた 装置を用いるものであり、 ポンプ手段をして固体化可能材料の連続した流れをノズル手段に供給させる駆 動手段を制御する工程と、 固体化可能材料のウエハを、速く、且つ所定圧が加圧手段で生じることを保証 する力の量で、加圧ステージに供給する工程と、を備えた方法であり、上記加圧 手段は、ポンプ手段の作動によって生じる加圧及び流動率の作動レベルに拘わら ず、固体化可能材料の連続した量がポンプ手段の連続作動のために上記入口で利 用できることを保証するものであり、ノズル手段に対して及び通して固体化可能 材料の絶え間無い流れを保証するものである。
