Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.検体が臨床分析に提供される以前に該検体を検査する装置であって、 a)検体容器を保持する手段であって、前記手段及び容器は長手方向の軸を有し ており、 b)前記検体に光(radiation)を向けるように設置された第1の光源(radia-t ion source)、及び前記検体を透過した光又はそれから反射された光を収集可能 に設置された第1光検出器と、 c)前記第1光源を電子駆動装置に接続する電気による手段(electrical means )と、 d)前記検体についての少なくとも一つのパラメーターを決定するために、該検 出器からの出力を解析する計算手段を、前記第1光検出器に接続する電気による 手段と、 e)前記分析による結果に基づいて、前記ホルダーの前記軸上に前記容器を配置 する手段と、 f)第2光源と、 g)前記第2光源から光を前記検体に通過させる手段と、 h)前記検体を透過し又はこれから反射された光を分光光度法的に検出する手段 と、 i)前記検体中の少なくとも一つの干渉物質の濃度を測定するために、前記検出 された光を関連させる手段とを具えたことを特徴とする装置。 2.前記検体が、血液、血清、血漿又は尿からなるグループの一つであることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記第1光源が、前記容器の前記軸の一方の側に沿って配置されているLE Dの直線状の列を備えており、前記第1光検出器が、透過光を収集するように、 容器の反対側にそれに対応するシリコン検出器の列を備えており、分光光度計は 第2光源と検出器を提供している、請求項1に記載の装置。 4.更に、前記装置が、前記第1光源からの光を焦点に集め、これを前記容器の 軸を横切って拡散させる一つ以上のレンズを具え、更に前記装置が前記検体を透 過し又はこれに反射された光を収集して、前記分光測定器の光検出器に向ける一 つ以上の別のレンズを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 5.前記検体容器が、その外面にサンプル識別ラベルを備えていることを特徴と する請求項3又は4に記載の装置。 6.前記第1の光及び前記分光測定器からの光が、ラベル、容器及び検体を透過 させられることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の装置。 7.検体が臨床分析に提供される以前に該検体を監視する方法であって、 a)検体を検体容器中に入れ、 b)該検体容器をホルダー手段に配置し、 c)第1光源から光を前記検体に適用し、前記検体からの透過光又は反射光を収 集し、 d)この収集された光を分析して、前記検体についての少なくとも一つのパラメ ーターを求め、 e)前記一つ以上の測定から得られた結果に基づいて、さらに次のステップ、即 ち、 i)第2光源から分光光度的に光を前記検体に適用して、前記検体からの透過 光又は反射光を検出し、 ii))分光光度的に検出された前記光に関連させて、前記検体中の少なくとも 一つの干渉物質の濃度を求めることからなる分析を行うために、前記容器を前記 ホルダー内に位置させることを特徴とする方法。 8.前記容器が、長手方向軸を有し、前記第1光源からの前記光が一つ以上のレ ンズを通して焦点に集められ、前記光を前記容器の前記軸を横切って拡散させ、 前記光りは該容器を透過されたものであり、及びここで、前記容器からの反射さ れ又は透過された光は、一つ以上のレンズを通過して前記光検出器に向かうこと を特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記容器が長手方向軸を有し、前記第1光源からの光は、前記容器の前記軸 の一方の側に設置されたLEDの列から付与され、前記透過又は反射光は、前記 容器の反対側に設けられたこれに対応するシリコン検出器によって集められるこ とを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 10.前記検体が、血液、血清、血漿又は尿からなるグループの一つであること を特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。 11.前記検体容器が、その外面にサンプル識別ラベルを具え、前記第1及び第 2光源からの光が、前記ラベル、容器及び検体を透過することを特徴とする請求 項8又は9に記載の方法。 12.前記容器にバーコードが付され、該バーコードは解読されて検体の識別が なされることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。 13.決められるパラメーターが、ゲルレベル、ゲルの厚さ、ゲルの上方の液体 の高さ、ゲルの上方の液体の容量からなるグループの一つ又はそれ以上であるこ とを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.前記分光光度的に(spectrophotometrically)検出された光が、ヘモグロ ビン、全ビリルビン、非結合ビリルビン、結合ビリルビン、デルタビリルビン、 ビリベルジン,及び脂質からなるグループの一つ又はそれ以上の濃度を求めるの に使用されることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.前記分光測定的に検出された光が、前記検体の温度を求めるのに使用され る、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記分光測定的に検出された光が、前記検体のタイプを求めるのに使用さ れることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 17.検体が臨床分析に提供される以前に、検体容器中の血液検体を監視(moni toring)する方法であって、 a)前記容器上のバーコードを読み取り、 b)前記検体のゲルレベルの位置及びゲルの上方の液体の高さを求め、 c)この測定結果に基づいて、スペクトルデータが得られるように前記容器を位 置決めし、 d)このスペクトルデータを解析して一つ又はそれ以上の干渉物質の濃度、検体 のタイプ及び検体温度を求める段階を備えることを特徴とする方法。 18.前記容器がその外面にラベルを有し、前記測定がこのラベルを通じて行わ れる工程を特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 19.前記干渉物質が、ヘモグロビン、全ビリルビン、非結合ビリルビン、結合 ビリルビン、デルタビリルビン、ビリベルジン,及び脂質からなるグループから 選ばれることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 20.血液サンプルの血球成分率を求める方法であって、 a)血液全体のサンプルを軸を有するチューブ内で遠心分離して、血球相と血清 又は血漿相の二つの相に分離し、 b)この相を分離したまま、チューブ内のこれらの相をチューブの軸に沿って光 学的に検査し、各相が占有している前記軸の長さを求め、 c)血球相と血清又は血漿相の軸の長さの比を計算し、 d)この比を血球成分値に変換する段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
