Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1.3の官能価を有するヒドロキシ官能ポリジエンポリマー1 0〜80重量%、アミノ樹脂架橋剤8〜60重量%、および補強剤2〜40重量 %を含んで成る架橋性相安定組成物。 2. ポリジエンポリマーが少なくとも1.9の官能価を有する請求項1に記載 の組成物。 3. ポリジエンポリマーがポリブタジエンジオールである請求項1または2に 記載の組成物。 4. ポリブタジエンジオールが、30重量%以上の1,2ブタジエン付加を有 する水素化ポリブタジエンジオールである請求項3に記載の組成物。 5. ポリブタジエンジオールが、10重量%末満の1,2ブタジエン付加を有 する非水素化ポリブタジエンジオールである請求項3に記載の組成物。 6. ポリジエンポリマーが、80重量%より多くの1,4イソプレン付加を有 する非水素化または水素化ポリイソプレンジオールである請求項1または2に記 載の組成物。 7. ポリイソプレンジオールが、90重量%より多くの1,4イソプレン付加 を有する請求項6に記載の組成物。 8. 補強剤が、架橋剤と反応し得る少なくとも2つの官能基を有する請求項1 〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 9. 補強剤が、5〜40個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジオールである請求項8 に記載の組成物。 10. ポリジエンポリマーが構造式: HO−A−OH または(HO−A)n−X [式中、Aは、共役ジオレフィンモノマーのホモポリマー、2つまたはそれ以上 の共役ジオレフィンモノマーのコポリマー、あるいは、1つまたはそれ以上の共 役ジオレフィンモノマーとモノアルケニル芳香族炭化水素モノマーとのコポリマ ーであり、N>1であり、Xはカップリング剤の残基である。] で示される請求項1に記載の組成物。 11. ポリジエンポリマーが構造式: (II) HO−A−Sz−B−OH または(HO−A−Sz−B)n−X ま たは HO−Sz−A−B−Sy−OH または(HO−Sz−A−B)n−X [式中、AおよびBは、共役ジオレフィンモノマーのホモポリマーブロック、共 役ジオレフィンモノマーのコポリマーブロック、またはジオレフィンモノマーと モノアルケニル芳香族炭化水素モノマーとのコポリマーブロックであってよいポ リマーブロックであり、Sはビニル芳香族ポリマーブロックであり、yおよびz は0または1であり、yまたはzの少なくとも1つが1であり、nが2より大き いかまたは2であり、Xがカップリング剤の残基である。] で示される請求項1に記載の組成物。 12. 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物、および充填材または安 定剤のどちらかまたは両方、ならびに、任意に顔料を含んで成るコーティング。 13. 請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の組成物、および粘着付与樹脂を 含んで成る接着剤またはシーラント。 14. 架橋性相安定組成物の製造方法であって、少なくとも1.3の官能価を 有するヒドロキシ官能ポリジエンポリマー10〜80重量%、アミノ樹脂架橋剤 8〜60重量%、および補強剤2〜40重量%を混合し;ならびに、相安定組成 物が得られるように、任意に架橋触媒の存在下において、当該混合物 を部分的に反応させる;ことを含んで成る方法。 15. 相溶性架橋組成物の製造方法であって、 (a)少なくとも1.3の官能価を有するヒドロキシ官能ポリジエンポリマー1 0〜80重量%、アミノ樹脂架橋剤8〜60重量%、および補強剤2〜40重量 %を混合するステップ、 (b)相安定組成物が得られるように、任意に架橋触媒の存在下において、当該 混合物を部分的に反応させるステップ、 (c)当該相安定組成物を基体に適用するステップ、および、 (d)任意に追加的架橋触媒の存在下に、適用された組成物を架橋させるステッ プ、 を含んで成る方法。 16. 架橋触媒が、0.05〜4重量%の合計量で使用され、その1/2未満 がステップ(b)において使用される請求項15に記載の方法。 17. 基体を塗装する方法であって、 (a)エポキシ樹脂プライマーおよびポリエステル樹脂プライマーから成る群か ら選択されるプライマーを用いて、基体を下塗し、 (b)少なくとも1.3の官能価を有するヒドロキシ官能ポリ ジエンポリマー10〜80重量%、アミノ樹脂架橋剤8〜60重量%、および補 強剤2〜40重量%を含んで成る、架橋性ベースコート組成物を、下塗された基 体に適用し、適用したベースコート組成物を架橋し、および、 (c)ジヒドロキシポリジエンを基剤とするクリヤコート、ポリエステルクリヤ コート、およびアクリルクリヤコートから成る群から選択されるクリヤコートを 、ベースコート上に適用する、 ことを含んで成る方法。 18. 請求項12に記載のコーティングを用いて被覆された物品。
