2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a surface material for a sheet such as a cover sheet of an automobile, a material in which a skin material and a slab urethane layer are laminated and integrated on the front and back surfaces of a fibrous web layer composed of a high melting point filament is known. In addition, various types of such sheets in which activated carbon is mixed to add a deodorizing function have been developed.

However, conventionally, since the activated carbon is carried and fixed by using an adhesive such as hot melt powder or hot melt web, the adhesive strength is low and the activated carbon is easily peeled off. As a result, when the cutting process is performed, the activated carbon is peeled and scattered, so that a sufficient deodorizing function cannot be secured, and a large amount of the adhesive is not uniformly dispersed throughout the sheet. There is a problem that the hardened portion may be hard and give a foreign-body sensation.

In the present invention, activated carbon 4 having a deodorizing function is bonded and fixed to core 3a on the surface of slab urethane layer 3 on the side in contact with fibrous web layer 1 with hommelt powder 8. I have. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, countless concave cores 3a are formed on the surface of the slab urethane layer 3, and activated carbon 4 having a smaller particle diameter than the opening diameter of the core 3a is dispersed inside the core 3a. The activated carbon 4 has a particle size of 100 to 300 μm.
It is adhered and fixed by a fine hommelt powder 8 of about m. As a result, the activated carbon 4 is maintained in a state in which it is securely confined in the core 3a of the slab urethane layer 3, and has a stable deodorizing function without peeling and scattering even if it is subjected to a cutting process or the like. While maintaining, the handleability is also excellent. Furthermore,
Activated carbon 4 is contained in the core 3a of the slab urethane layer 3, and a large amount of the hommelt powder 8 does not enter the core 3a. A high-quality surface material can be obtained.

The step of forming the surface material of the present invention will be described below. First, a backing base cloth 5 is laminated on the back surface of the slab urethane layer 3 by frame lamination or adhesion, and activated carbon 4 and hommelt powder 8 having a particle diameter smaller than the pore diameter of the core 3a are coated on the surface of the slab urethane layer 3. Deposit. Next, the fiber web layer 1 is laminated on the slab urethane layer 3 and subjected to needle sticking with a pene number of about 10 to 40 needles / cm 2 by a needle punching machine according to a conventional method. A slab urethane layer 3 and a backing fabric 5 are entangled and integrated into a laminate. Subsequently, the permeable skin material 2 is laid on the laminate through an adhesive layer 6 such as hommelt powder or hommelt web, and only the hommelt powder 8 and the adhesive layer 6 are melted. ℃ hot air (wind speed: 0.5 ~
(About 3.0 m / s). As a result, a surface material in which the skin material 2 and the slab urethane layer 3 are bonded and integrated on the front and back surfaces of the fibrous web layer 1 is obtained, and the activated carbon 4 is filled with hommelt powder 8 in the core 3 a of the slab urethane layer 3. A more firmly adhered and fixed product is obtained. Immediately after this, the surface is pressurized from the front side to a desired thickness by a pressurizing device such as a pressurizing plate cooled to 30 ° C or lower, and the skin is finally cooled from the back side with cold air of about 10 to 30 ° C. A sheet surface material having a deodorizing function, in which the material 2 is completely bonded and integrated with the fibrous web layer 1.
