Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the covering material having sufficient rigidity, not causing the ooze of a resin, and useful for expansion molding. CONSTITUTION:A roughly bulky substrate layer 2 formed of fibers having a fiber diameter of 2-20 d and a METSUKE (a unit of weight, 20-200g/m<2>) of 40-70g/m<2> is laminated to a reinforcing cover material layer 3 formed of fibers having a fiber diameter of 2-10d and having a METSUKE of 40-80g/m<2>. For example, the substrate layers are laminated to one surface or two surfaces of the reinforcing cover layer, or the substrate layers are laminated to both the surfaces of the reinforcing cover layer.

By the way, in a foamed polyurethane molded article having a reinforcing material arranged at the bottom, a reinforcing material is attached to the inner surface of a foaming pot, and a urethane liquid is injected therein to heat and pressurize and foam. Manufactured by. For example, in the case of a combination of ginseng and slab urethane, the slab urethane and the gauze are attached to the inner surface of the foaming pot in this order, and then the urethane liquid is injected, followed by foaming.

At this time, if the rigidity of the reinforcing material is insufficient, the reinforcing material sags, it takes time to attach the reinforcing material to the mold, and the reinforcing material is partially broken due to the sag. I have a problem. Further, since the coarse blanket has coarse meshes, there is a problem that the urethane liquid escapes and blocks the air vent hole of the foam pot. On the other hand, in the case of the combination of ginseng and slab urethane, the slab urethane layer can prevent the exudation of urethane liquid from the ginseng, but there is a problem that the obtained urethane foam molded article has low rigidity.

For the purpose of increasing the rigidity of the foamed molded article, there has been proposed a urethane foam molding covering material base cloth using a non-woven fabric having a two-layer structure of a high basis weight layer and a low basis weight layer (Jitsuko Sho 62-26193). Issue).

However, since the covering material base material for foam molding of this two-layer structure has a low basis weight and a low density of a dense layer, its rigidity is still insufficient, and slack occurs when it is attached to the foam molding pot, so that the molding is performed. There is a drawback that the product wrinkles and it takes time to install. Also, since it is not possible to effectively prevent the urethane resin liquid for foam molding from penetrating the nonwoven fabric, if the urethane resin liquid that permeates the nonwoven fabric oozes onto the surface of the reinforcing material and is foam cured, There is a problem in that the cured polyurethane foam comes into contact with a metal fitting such as a vehicle mounting metal fitting to generate abnormal noise due to friction.

Therefore, the slack of the reinforcing material base fabric during foam molding is prevented, workability is improved, and wrinkles occurring on the surface of the molded product are prevented, and the resin does not exude to the inner surface of the foam pot during foam molding, Further, there is a demand for a foam molding covering material that does not form a foamed cured product on the surface thereof and does not rub against a holding metal fitting or the like to generate abnormal noise.

The nonwoven fabric used for the reinforcing coating layer can be manufactured by forming raw material fibers into the nonwoven fabric by thermal bonding, embossing or the like. Particularly when formed by embossing, the rigidity of the obtained nonwoven fabric is improved, sagging does not occur, it is easy to attach to the mold and the working speed is increased. Moreover, it is preferable in that the passage of the urethane liquid can be prevented.

The foam molding covering material of the present invention can stop the permeation of the foam molding resin liquid on the way, so that the resin liquid does not penetrate into the inner surface of the foam pot. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the generation of abnormal noise due to the contact between the seat seat molded product and its mounting metal fitting. Furthermore, since the rigidity is high, a good molded product can be obtained without wrinkling due to slack, and
The work of attaching the reinforcing material to one side of the foam pot becomes easier, and the workability is greatly improved.
