Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】従来のコテ〔２〕は、角度調整するものがなか
った。 【解決手段】２本のコテ〔２〕中央部に丁番〔３〕を設
ける事で、生コンクリート〔４〕面の勾配角度もボルト
〔５〕とナット〔６〕の締め付けにより角度調整が正確
にできる事を特徴とする。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は基礎コンクリート天端仕上げ面に対しての勾
配角度の仕上げ調整がスムーズに出来ず、ムラができ、
角度の正確さと角面寸法の正確さに時間が掛り仕上がり
が良くなかった。本発明は、その欠点を除くためになさ
れたもので、それを図面について説明すれば、コテ
［２〕本体に２本の取っ手〔１〕を取り付ける。押さえ
る力により、生コンクリート〔４〕の浮き上がり防止
と、間知ブロック設計勾配に対しての角度調整がなさ
れ、その場に合った角度を出す為に、コテ〔２〕本体の
中央部に、丁番〔３〕を設け、その両サイドに六角のボ
ルト〔５〕とナットネジ〔６〕で締め付ける事により、
角度の調整ができ、基礎天端面の１００ｍｍ寸法もコテ
〔２〕本体片面寸法が同じなので、間知ブロック根石積
が正確に施工する事ができる。本発明は、このような構
造であるから、使うのになんらさしつかえない。
