Description
（１）被検体の周囲に補正用放射線源を回転し、該被検体の周囲に配置した撮像手段で撮像したトランスミッション像と、前記被検体に放射性同位元素を注入し体外に放射される放射線を撮像したエミッション像とから前記被検体の断層像を再構成するポジトロン断層撮像装置において、エミッション撮影を選択すると、前記撮像手段を保持するガントリ内に補正用放射線源を照射位置から一時的に格納する格納手段を備えた。
（２）前述した（１）に記載のポジトロン断層撮像装置において、前記格納手段は、前記エミッション撮影を選択すると、前記補正用放射線源を装置の照射位置にある保持機構から取り外し、前記照射位置とは異なる位置に設けられた線源ホルダへ格納させる。また、前記トランスミッション像の撮像時に前記補正用放射線源を被検体の周囲に回転させる回転保持手段を具備し、前記格納手段は該回転保持手段への前記補正用放射線源の着脱を行う着脱手段と、前記撮像手段と前記着脱位置との間に退避された補正用放射線源から放射される放射線が被検体に照射されることを防止する遮蔽手段とを設けた。
Claims (4)
- 被検体の周囲に補正用放射線源を回転し、該被検体の周囲に配置した撮像手段で撮像したトランスミッション像と、前記被検体に放射性同位元素を注入し体外に放射される放射線を撮像したエミッション像とから前記被検体の断層像を再構成するポジトロン断層撮像装置において、エミッション撮影を選択すると、前記撮像手段を保持するガントリ内に補正用放射線源を照射位置から一時的に格納する格納手段を備えることを特徴とするポジトロン断層撮像装置。
- 前記格納手段は、前記エミッション撮影を選択すると、前記補正用放射線源を装置の照射位置にある保持機構から取り外し、前記照射位置とは異なる位置に設けられた線源ホルダへ格納させることを特徴とする請求項１記載のポジトロン断層撮影装置。
- 前記トランスミッション像の撮像時に前記補正用放射線源を被検体の周囲に回転させる回転保持手段を具備し、前記格納手段は該回転保持手段への前記補正用放射線源の着脱を行う着脱手段と、前記撮像手段と前記着脱手段との間に退避された補正用放射線源から放射される放射線が被検体に照射されることを防止する遮蔽手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項１記載のポジトロン断層撮像装置。
- 前記着脱手段は、前記補正用放射線源を前記被検体の体軸方向と平行に退避させることを特徴とする請求項３記載のポジトロン断層撮像装置。
