Abstract

يقدم الاختراع صيغه يتم تناولها في صورة مسحوق جاف للاستنشاق ومناسبة للتوصيل الفعال للمكونات الفعالة منخفضة الفاعلية الى القناة التنفسية السفلى للمرضى. وبصفة خاصة يقدم الاختراع الحالي صيغة تحتوى على جسيمات دقيقة للغاية مكونة من جسيمات المكون الفعال منخفض الفاعلية، وجسيمات احد السواغات حيث يتراوح القطر المتوسط للكتلة( MMD) للجسيمات الدقيقة للغاية بين 2 و 15 ميكرون، وتكون نسبة 10% على الاقل من الجسيمات الدقيقة للغاية لها قطر كتلة ( MD) اكبر من 0.5 ميكرون، وتتراوح النسبة بين المكون الفعال والسواغ بين 1: 5 و 1 : 100 كما يقدم الاختراع عملية لتحضيرها
