Abstract

Procedimento per la produzione di un nastro di velo formato da filamenti polimerici termoplastici. Per la produzione di filamenti polimerici termoplastici si utilizza una testa soffiante Meltblown, che funziona con getti piani di aria di soffiatura nella zona degli sbocchi dei fori degli ugelli. Le portate dei flussi di polimeri e dei getti piani dell'aria di soffiatura, la velocità dei getti piani dell'aria di soffiatura e la temperatura dell'aria di soffiatura vengono scelte in modo tale che i singoli filamenti polimerici presentino un diametro di filamento molto ridotto e un grado di cristallizzazione molto ridotto. I filamenti polimerici vengono depositati su di un nastro a filtro per formare un nastro di velo del prodotto preliminare. Il nastro di velo del prodotto preliminare così preparato viene riscaldato ad una temperatura di stiramento e viene stirato sia in direzione longitudinale che in direzione trasversale, cioè in modo biassiale in un campo di stiramento compreso tra il 100% e il 400%. Il nastro di velo del prodotto preliminare stirato viene termofissazione ad una temperatura di termofissazione, che è maggiore della temperatura di stiramento, per ottenere il nastro di velo pronto. Nel nastro di velo pronto il grado di cristallizzazione è relativamente alto.
