Abstract

Pezzo sagomato, in particolare pezzo tagliato a formato (32) per una scarpetta o scarpa interna (1), ovvero parti dello stesso, nonché procedimento per la loro realizzazione, con due strati superficiali (16, 17), posti ad una certa distanza fra loro, e con uno strato centrale (21), fra essi compreso, in materia plastica espansa (20), i quali vengono collegati, ciascuno mediante uno strato di collegamento, per formare un elemento "sandwich". Lo strato centrale (21), a spessore iniziale pressoché costante, viene compresso, almeno lungo lo sviluppo perimetrale (31) del pezzo tagliato a formato (32) di una parte della scarpa interna, con applicazione di pressione a temperatura, fino a uno spessore minore di 0,5 mm, essendo fissati, gli strati superficiali (16, 17), mediante la materia plastica espansa (20), in tale posizione, a temperatura ambiente, ed essendo sviluppato, il taglio, nella zona compressa della materia plastica espansa (20) stessa.(Figura 5).
