Abstract

La presente invenzione si riferisce all'uso di gradienti termici nel tempo, per la separazione di frammenti di DNA, amplificati per PCR, sia normali che contenenti mutazioni puntiformi, in elettroforesi zonale capillare in presenza di soluzioni viscose di polimeri, il controllo della temperatura del capillare avendo luogo tramite l'uso di software dedicato, con rivelazione dei frammenti di DNA tramite eccitazione di fluorescenza a raggio laser. E' altresì possibile operare con soluzioni di poliacrilamidi in particolare costituite da monomeri N - sostituiti, quali N, N' - dimetil acrilamide e N - acriloil amino etossi etanolo.
