Abstract

Frigorifero a funzionamento continuo, per il trattamento di masse contenute in forme, ad esempio masse di cioccolato o simili, prevedendo che in successione all'entrata del frigorifero è previsto un dispositivo di sollevamento per le forme alimentate ed impilate e, adiacentemente, prima dell'uscita del frigorifero è previsto un dispositivo di abbassamento per le forme impilate, che al di sopra del dispositivo di sollevamento e del dispositivo di abbassamento è previsto un meccanismo per trattenere rispettivamente per liberare una forma inferiore della corrispondente pila di stampi formatasi e che al di sopra delle colonne di stampi, il frigorifero accoglie un traslatore orizzontale, che consente di trasportare le forme contenute nella fila superiore della colonna saliente
