Abstract

Una apparecchiatura per tingere tessuti campionati da un corpo vivente al fine di osservare l'immunoreazione dei tessuti ha un vassoio di tintura(3) con una pluralità di piatti (12) disposti con disposizione parallela. Un vetrino (S) è posizionato su ciascun piatto (12) in modo tale che una intercapedine cuneiforme (C) di dimensione capillare è formata tra il piatto e la superficie inferiore del vetrino a cui è fissato un tessuto campionato. Una superficie (13) di gocciolamento di liquido ed una luce (27) di scarico di liquido sono formate in corrispondenza di una estremità della superficie superiore di ciascun piatto (12). Una luce (18) di erogazione di liquido è formata su una parete laterale (28) del vassoio in modo da comunicare con la luce (27) di scarico del liquido. La luce (18) di erogazione del liquido e la superficie di gocciolamento (13) sono sempre esposte. Un liquido di tintura o un liquido di risciacquatura è fatto gocciolare sulla superficie di gocciolamento esposta (13) e si distribuisce nella intercapedine (C) per tingere il tessuto o risciacquare le parti pertinenti. Dopo la tintura o risciacquatura, il liquido usato viene aspirato e scaricato mediante la luce (18) di erogazione del liquido. A causa della disposizione della superficie di gocciolamento (13) e della luce (18) di erogazione del liquido, il funzionamento è agevole ed il vassoio di tintura (3) può pure essere impiegato per la tintura manuale. Una sponda (32) tra la luce (27) di scarico del liquido e la superficie di gocciolamento (13) impedisce flusso diretto del liquido tra esse.
