Processo per preparare gli acidi biliari coniugati con glicina di formula generale (I): Y - NH - CH 2- COOH (I) dove Y è l'acile di un acido biliare scelto tra: acido chenodesossicolico, acido litocolico, 3?-7?-12?-tri-idrossicolanico. 3?,-7?-diidrossi-12-cheto-colanico, acido desossicolico, acido deidrocolico, acido iodesossicolico, acido iocolico e relative composizioni terapeutiche per il trattamento della insufficienza epatica che li contengono come principi attivi, in combinazione con adatti eccipienti e/o diluenti.
