Abstract

Il presente trovato riguarda una macchina sfogliatrice per l'industria dolciaria in particolare per la lavorazione di paste sfoglie e paste frolle. La macchina (1) comprende sostanzialmente due cilindri laminatoi sovrapposti (2-3), fra i quali transita la pasta (4) da laminare portata da due trasportatori a nastro (5-6) posti a monte ed a valle dei cilindri laminatori (2-3), nonché un gruppo di taglio (7) della pasta (4) laminata ed un dispositivo per l'avvolgimento automatico (9) della pasta (4) su un matterello (8) amovibile. I due trasportatori a nastro (5-6) sono dotati di motori indipendenti (11-12) le cui velocità sono programmabili secondo fasi operative prefissate gestite da un computer. Il gruppo di taglio (7) del nastro di pasta (4) è inoltre ad azionamento automatico ed il dispositivo di avvolgimento automatico (9) è costituito da un nastro (18) avvolto ad anello su due rulli di rinvio (19-20) ed è ruotabile fra una posizione inattiva orizzontale ed una posizione attiva sostanzialmente verticale nella quale tale nastro (18) risulta adiacente al matterello (8) e successivamente, iniziato l'avvolgimento della pasta (4), al nastro di pasta (4) che si avvolge al matterello (8) medesimo.
