Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un generatore di onde acustiche con angolo di apertura effettivo variabile secondo il principio elettromagnetico per applicazioni terapeutiche ed in particolare per la frantumazione senza contatto di una concrezione presente in un organismo vivente con una bobina piatta ed una membrana metallica isolata (4) posta contro questa, in cui la bobina piatta consiste di tre parti di bobina (1, 2, 3) attivabili separatamente e disposte in modo concentrico e la somma delle superfici delle parti di bobina interna (1) e mediana (2) è uguale alla somma delle superfici delle parti di bobina mediana (2) ed esterna (3). Tramite l'attivazione differenziata delle parti di bobina può essere variata l'apertura della sorgente di onde d'urto, in modo che la geometria focale e le pressioni massime possono essere variate per differenti applicazioni, in particolare per la litotripsia renale e biliare.
