Abstract

Lo stampo modello (6) per la misurazione di valori di parametri inerenti l'imbutitura di fogli di lamiera metallica per la produzione di elementi sagomati includenti almeno una zona a superficie incurvata secondo un raggio di curvatura critico, presenta sulla sua superficie almeno una zona incurvata riproducente la zona a curvatura critica dell'elemento sagomato da produrre. Esso è provvisto di almeno un sensore scelto dal gruppo consistente dei sensori di pressione (20), temperatura (26), spostamento lineare (14), vibrazione (16), rottura (22) e spessore (24), atto a misurare il valore di un parametro del procedimento di imbutitura di un elemento sagomato modello, funzionalmente correlabile ad un corrispondente parametro inerente il procedimento di imbutitura su scala industriale dell'elemento sagomato. Il valore misurato è utilizzabile per perfezionare un modello matematico del procedimento di imbutitura, nel caso che il valore misurato si discosti dal valore calcolabile o prevedibile in base al modello matematico, il quale è impiegabile per analizzare e/o controllare il procedimento di imbutitura.
