Abstract

Nel comando del filo per macchine tessili che realizzano maglie con consumo del filo non costante, ad esempio nel caso delle macchine rettilinee per maglieria, vengono impiegati mezzi di richiamo del filo che presentano ciascuno un braccio orientabile. Nel caso di una macchina rettilinea per maglieria, questi mezzi di richiamo del filo compensano le variazioni di sollecitazione del filo che si manifestano all'atto della inversione del movimento della slitta. A monte dei mezzi di richiamo del filo lungo il percorso di spostamento del filo è collegato un freno del filo con possibilità di comando, mentre il braccio orientabile dei mezzi di richiamo del filo è collegato con un generatore di momento torcente elettromeccanico. Il freno del filo e il generatore del momento torcente del braccio orientabile dei mezzi di richiamo del filo vengono comandati all'atto della inversione della slitta in modo tale per cui la sollecitazione del filo viene mantenuta pressoché costante, di guisa che si ricava anche nelle zone dei bordi del prodotto tessuto a maglia una formazione uniforme della maglia. Nel corso della stessa formazione della maglia la sollecitazione del filo viene mantenuta costante dal dispositivo di regolazione il quale presenta una unità di misura della sollecitazione del filo.
