Abstract
The appts. includes an agitator for suspending the particles, and a radiation emitter (1) and receiver (5) with a display. A system for projecting an inspected zone image on the receiver can superpose the images of different areas of the inspected zone. The system pref. has two flat parallel reflecting surfaces (9,10) facing each other and located between the receiver target and the emitter objective lens, with the surfaces parallel to the lens axis. There is pref. a filter (3) ahead of the lens with areas of greater transparency for rays which will be reflected than for rays which will travel direct to the receiver. The particles may be suspended by rotating and braking a transparent container.
