Abstract

The manure is sepd. into solid and liq. fractions in the animal hall, the liq. is carried by a pipe into a container where it is clarified by addn. of lime (0.5-5 kg/m3 followed by filtration settling of the filtrate, sepn. of the sludge, addn 1-5 1/m3 sodium hypochlorite, mixing and returning to the animal hall. The remaining liq. is collected.
