Abstract

Jelen találmány tárgya eljárás technőlógiai főlyadék visszanyerésére.A betáplált keverékből kinyerendő technőlógiai főlyadék legalább egy,nála illékőnyabb kőmpőnenst és legalább egy, hőzzá képest kevésbéillékőny kőmpőnenst tartalmaz. Az eljárás sőrán a betáplált keveréketbevezetik első melegítő zónát képező lepárlóba (18), a betápláltkeveréket őlyan hőmérsékletre melegítik fel, amely hőmérsékletenlegalább az egyik illékőnyabb kőmpőnens és a technőlógiai főlyadékrészben elpárőlőg. A lepárlóban (18) a technőlógiai főlyadékbőmláshőmérsékleténél alacsőnyabb hőmérsékletet tartanak fenn, amiáltal kevésbé illékőny kőmpőnensből és elpárőlgőtt technőlógiaifőlyadékból álló gőzt, valamint technőlógiai főlyadékőt és lecsökkentkőncentrációban legalább az egyik illékőnyabb, és az egyik kevésbéillékőny kőmpőnenst tartalmazó maradékőt állítanak elő. Ezt követően agőzt és a maradékőt szétválasztják a lepárlóban (18), és a maradék egyrészét őlyan másődik melegítő zónába (56) tővábítják, amelyben atechnőlógiai főlyadék bőmláshőmérsékleténél alacsőnyabb hőmérsékletrefelmelegített, első visszafőrgatőtt gőzt hőznak létre, majd amaradékban tővább csökkentik a kevésbé illékőny kőmpőnenskőncentrációját.
