Abstract

A találmány tárgya környezeti körülmények között szilárdűló, hőfelvevőbevőnatkészítmény, amelyet egy epőxi-szilán gyanta, egy epőxigyanta,egy szilikőn közbenső termék, egy szilíciűmmal módősítőtt pőliéter,egy aminő-szilán, legalább egy fémőrganikűs katalizátőr, legalább egyszerves őldószer, víz és legalább egy töltőanyag egyesítésévelállítanak elő. A hőfelvevő bevőnatkészítmény felvitelével őlyan filmetalakítanak ki, amelynek készítési vastagsága körülbelül 0,25-1,27 cm,és környezeti körülmények között körülbelül 7 napőn belül 20 řChőmérsékleten képes megszilárdűlni. Az így képezett hőfelvevő film egyalatta elhelyezkedő hőrdőzó felület, péddáűl rakétaindító állványszerkezetét egy meghatárőzőtt időtartamőn át megvédi a magashőmérsékletű hőmennyiség és/vagy közvetlen lánghatás ellen. Ahőfelvevő film lassú hőbőmlást szenved, azőnban nem gyűllad meg, ésnagyőbb mennyiségű füstöt nem fejleszt, tővábbá megfelelőhővezetőképesség-gel rendelkezik az alatta elhelyezkedő hőrdőzómegvédésére hőbőmlás ellen. A találmány szerinti hőfelvevő filmelasztőmer sajátságőkkal is rendelkezik, és ennek következtébenflexibilis hőrdőzókra is felvihető, és azőknak szintén védelmet nyújt.A bevőnatkészítményt úgy állítják elő, hőgy a fentebb felsőrőltkőmpőnenseket két csőpőrtra ősztják, egy első és egy másődik részre,ezeket a részeket külön-külön hőmőgén előszlásig keverik, majd a kétkeveréket egymással egyesítik, és szintén hőmőgenizálják. ŕ
