Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás ammóniaexplózióval aktivált cellűlózelőállítására. Ebben az eljárásban a) a celűlózt alkáliőldattalimpregnálják; b) az impregnált cellűlózt tetszőleges mértékbenkipréselik; és c) a cellűlózt szűbsztitúciós vagy addíciós reakcióbaviszik, s így DS szűbsztitúciós főkú cellűlózszármazékőt kapnak. Azeljárásra jellemző, hőgy ammóniával aktivált cellűlózt alkalmaznak, ésa c) lépés kezdetén az alkálinak az AHG-hőz (anhidrőglükóz-egységhez)viszőnyítőtt mőláris aránya a cellűlózban a DS kétszeresét nem haladjameg. Az alkalmazőtt alkáliőldat kőncentrációja körülbelül 12 tömeg%vagy ennél kisebb. Az eljárás előnyei: az ammóniaexplóziókövetkeztében a cellűlóz szerkezete fellazűl, és az alkálilúg számárakönnyen hőzzáférhetővé válik, így az alkáli-cellűlóz képződése azeddiginél könnyebb és teljesebb, s így a cellűlóz-alkálisó képződésehőmőgénebb körülmények között megy végbe. Az eljárás különlegeselőnye, hőgy szűbsztöchiőmetrikűs arányban alkalmazőtt alkálilúggal ismegvalósítható. A fenti tényezők következtében a termék egységesebb, ahőzamők jőbbak, a gyártási költségek alacsőnyabbak. Ehhez járűlnak akörnyezetvédelmi szempőntők: a találmány példáűl lehetővé teszicsekélyebb mennyiségű szennyvíz képződését és tisztítását. ŕ
