Claims (15)

  1. (a) R4와 R5중의 하나가 H이고 다른 하나는(C1-C3알킬)인 일반식(III)의 화합물을 NH3와 바람직하게는 C1-C4알칸을 존재하에서 아미도화시키거나; R4와 R5중의 하나가 H이고 다른(하나는인 일반식(III)의 화합물을 H2및 라이니 닉켈과 유기 용매존재하에서 아미도화시키거나; (b) 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 하이드라진과 라이니 닉켈 또는 H2와 귀금속 촉매로 환원시켜 R2와 R3가 둘다 H인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하거나, (c) 일반식(V)의 화합물을 H2및 귀금속 촉매로 개열시키거나; (d) 일반식(VI)의 화합물을 환원제 존재하에서 C1-C3알킬알데하이드로 알킬화시키거나, 또는 C1-C3알킬할라이드로 알킬화시키거나; (e) 상기 공정중 어느 하나의 생성물을 통상적 방법으로 염화시킴을 징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 그들의 약학적으로 허용되는 산부 가염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 상기식에서 R 및 R1중의 하나는 H이고 다른 하나는 CONH2이며; R2및 R3는 각기 H, 메틸, 에틸 또는 n-프로필이고; R4및 R5중의 하나는 H이고 다른 하나는또는이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 메탄올 또는 에탄올인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속촉매가 탄소 상팔라디움(pd-on-carban)인 방법.
  5. 제1항(a)에 있어서, dl-2-하이드록시-6-디메팀아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-1-나프탈렌카복스 하이드 라지드와 라이니 닉켈을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-1-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-디메틸아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제1항(a)에 있어서 dl-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-1-나프탈렌 카복스 하이드 라지드를 라이니닉켈과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-1-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항(a)에 있어서, 에틸 dl-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-3-나프토 에이트 하이드로클로라이드를 메탄올중 암모니아 가스와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-3-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제1항(a)에 있어서, 메릴 dl-2-하이드록시-6-디메틸 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-3-나프토 에이트 하이드로클로라이드를 메탄올 중 암모니아 가스와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-3-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-디메틸 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제1항(a)에 있어서, 메틸 dl-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-3-나프토 에이트 하이드로클로 라이드를 메탄올중 암모니아 가스와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 dl-1-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항(b)와 (c)에 있어서, dl-1-카바모일-2-벤질옥시-6-아지도-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌을 H2와 탄소상 팔라디움 촉매로 반응시킴으로써 충분한 수소를 흡수시켜 2-위치에서의 개열과 6-위치에서의 화원을 야기시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-1-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제1항(c)에 있어서 dl-2-벤질옥시-1-카바모일-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로나프탈렌 하이드로클로라이드를 H2와 탄소상 팔라디움 촉매로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-1-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-디-n-프로필 아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로 나프탈렌하이드로 클로라이드을제조하는 방법.
  12. 제1항(a)에 있어서, 메틸 dl-2-하이드록시-6-아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-3-나프토 에이트 하이드로클로라이드를 메탄올중 암모니아와 반응 시킴을 특징으로 하여, dl-3-카바모일-2-하이드록시-6-아미노-5,6,7,8-테트라 하이드로 나프탈렌 하이드로 클로라이드를 제조하는 방법.
