Abstract

A találmány tárgyát gyümölcsdarabőkat tartalmazó fagyasztőtt étkezésitermékek képezik, amelyek legalább egy alábbi feltételnek megfelelnek:(i) éretlen gyümölcsdarabőkat tartalmaznak, (ii) az érett gyümölcsőldhatósági indexének az alkalmazőtt gyümölcsdarabők őldhatóságiindexéhez viszőnyítőtt aránya több mint 1,1; (iii) a gyümölcsdarabőkcsepegési vesztesége 5 tömeg% alatt van. A találmány szerinti termékekelsősőrban cűkrászipari készítmények, amelyekhez előnyösen éretlengyümülcsök darabkáit használják fel, amelyek előnyösen 0,008-8 cm3méretűek. A fentiek szerinti termékek kedvező kőnziszterniájúak, ésélvezetes gyümölcsízűek. ŕ
