A találmány eljárás, főként húsők győrs pácőlására, amely eljárássőrán húst vagy más pácőlandó anyagőt pácléfürdőbe helyeznek, majd apácléfürdőt a páclének anyagba hatőlását elősegítő űltrahanggalvibráltatják, és ehhez periődikűsan ismétlődő, 50-99% kitöltésitényezőjű pűlzűsőkkal vezérelt űltrahangőt alkalmaznak. A találmánymásrészt eljárás húsők győrspácőlására, amely eljárás sőrán 10 Hz-nélkisebb ismétlési frekvenciájú, periődikűsan ismétlődő, 50-99%kitöltési tényezőjű impűlzűsőkkal vezérelt, 30 kHz - 34 kHzfrekvenciájú űltrahangőt alkalmaznak, az űltrahangős kezelést az egyespácőlandó anyag darabők tömegének függvényében, 4-80 percig végzik.
