Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás golyósorsó, főként terelőtaggal felszereltgolyósorsó anyacsavarjának megmunkálására. A találmány szerintimegoldás lényege az, hogy egy első műveleti lépésben esztergálássalvagy forgácsolással kialakítják a golyósorsó anyacsavarjának (4)spirális gördülési felületét (8), amelyen a golyósorsó golyói (5)elgördülhetnek, egy második műveleti lépésben olyan hőkezelésnek,például cementálásnak és edzésnek vagy nagyfrekvenciás indukciósedzésnek vetik alá az első műveleti lépésben létrehozott spirálisgördülési felületet (8), amelynek során felületi felkeményedést érnekel, és ezzel egy felületén felkeményített réteget hoznak létre agördülési felületen (8), majd egy harmadik műveleti lépésbenelektrolitikus polírozással felületi simítást végeznek a másodikműveleti lépésben kapott, felületén felkeményített rétegen.
